Good, solid BBQ. I ordered the pulled pork sliders with Grandma’s sauce. The pork was nicely smoked, tender and well-​seasoned. The sauce was great, too. Slightly smoky, tangy and not sweet. The cole slaw was perfect: crisp, fresh and not too sweet. The potato salad was tasty, but was obviously the store-​bought variety. Will definitely eat here again.

Had a great meal at JJ’s BBQ truck tonight. We went with the pulled chicken sandwich and the smoked sausage. The mustard BBQ sauce was very flavorful. I’d love to try the other sauces based on the fact that they’re all homemade and the owner clearly knows what he’s doing. To top it all off, the owner seemed like a very nice guy and I love supporting small businesses like that.

I got the pulled chicken sandwich with the mustard sauce on it and a side of potato salad. The sauce was spicier than I anticipated (although, I’m a wimp with spicy foods), but it was still very tasty. The chicken and potato salad were great as well. Overall: good food, fair price, friendly owner!
