They came up under «delivery» options. What Chinese place doesn’t deliver? So, I placed my order, she was very short with me the whole time. At the end she said «15 minutes.» So I asked if I pay now or when they deliver it. She said «we don’t deliver» and hung up on me…

Walking in everything seemed very clean. Only about 4 tables, so they are definitely geared more towards take out. We had a couple of special requests and they were very accommodating. The food came out quickly, and prices were pretty average for take out Chinese food.
The food was excellent. Vegetables and meat was fresh tasting. The Crab Rangoon were stuffed with filling and the sauces for their stir fry were very flavorful. Will 100% be returning for more.

Jin China is a fast food American style. I have been many Chinese fast foods and I never like any of it. However, this one is the most welcome among all Chinese fast food. My review is only base on the lunch.
I usually like to stop on the newly opened restaurant and decided to try this one. The lunch special is really worth the value. You are here not for the great taste of Chinese food but for the something quick and fresh. The special is $ 5.50 with lunch cook at the spot and a soft drink. Very good deal. I have the schezuan pork with fried rice. The veggies in the pork are crispy which mean very fresh. Like it that way. Some restaurants don’t have the controls of the material. This restaurant is next to MD oriental market and they can get fresh produce immediately.
Please call ahead because needs 10 minutes to prepare.

Since this place is newly opened, we would give it a try. I had shrimp with cashew nuts lunch special. Good fried rice came with the entrée, not so salty nor greasy. Shrimp was medium size with OK freshness. I was glad that the veget part — carrot, mushroom, one kind of crunchy melon (I don’t know the name but I like it very much) were all fresh. Good amount of cashew stirred fry in the tasty sauce. The portion was big. A can of soda was included in the $ 5.30 lunch special. What a good deal!

As far as NY-style Chinese take out restaurants go, Jin China is 5 stars. It opened recently so it’s clean and the décor is updated (though it has the typical old-school menu board with «chickem» typo).
The food is less greasy than many other Chinese takeout restos. I’ve had the sweet and sour chicken and honey chicken (very good). You can actually taste the chicken… crazy, I know. But you know how some places fry it so much that you don’t even know what you’re eating? Not a problem here. The portions are huge and soooo cheap! The lunch special is just $ 5.30 and that includes entrée, pork fried rice and a can of soda. You can’t beat that!
The service was very prompt (which I even noticed when she was taking phone orders). The only negative thing I can say is that the fortune cookie was a little stale and didn’t help me win the lottery.
Count me in as a regular. I’ll be back soon.
