What a great crew of confection mixologists. Had an amazing blend of caramel, almonds, and bananas all wrapped up in a huge waffle cone. Very friendly staff and a clean location. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

I am impressed. I rarely take the time to «write reveiws» but I am also rarely impressed with such high quality food and customer service. This place ROCKS! I took my wife and daugher and we are now addicted! The store was super clean… the staff was very friendly. I am taking the family back here for sure! Very impressive!

Cold Stone is to ice cream as Filet Mignon is to beef. The flavor is amazing, and it’s fat free! (Not)
Delicious combos, but my favorite is sweet cream with black cherries and whip cream mixed in, delish!

Many yummy options. If you haven’t been to a Cold Stone you need to go! You can add many toppings into your ice cream as they blend them together on a cold marble stone (hence the name). Staff was attentive and let us try a few flavors!

Friendly, helpful and patient!
Can’t really say too much about this place, pretty much self explanatory. We were in and out. Staff answered questions and was patient while we basically tried half of the ice cream flavors they offered with small talk.

One of our favorite spots in town. Everything is great and the staff is very attentive and accommodating to food allergies.

Walking from Melting Pot to Publix, we made it without stopping. Hmmm on the way out it was a different story. I tried, I really did try. There were a vast amount of people outside eating various forms of ice cream & my ice cream habit would not let me pass it twice!
We stopped and split a waffle bowl.
OMG my favorite ice cream chocolate chip and vanilla, hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts… so, so great. The ice cream itself had a superior creamy quality. The toppings were top of the line and the waffle bowl was fresh, crispy and perfect. Put it all together and I was in ice cream heaven.
Staff was a bit stiff and stoic, but the star, the ice cream was dreamy and perfect. Will I be back to this establishment… I can’t wait to return! It was soooo good. Staff needs some «people skills» training, but the product is solid and good.
What a girl to do? Have your ice cream and eat it too!

What did I have for lunch yesterday? Yup, Cold Stone. Go ahead, judge me.
I usually share a «Love It» size, but I wasn’t feeling so generous this time around, so we both got our own «Like It» — and boy did I like it!
The cool thing was we really couldn’t see the portion difference. The uncool thing was I eat my entire portion! No, really someone please judge me. I get the same thing every time, because I don’t believe in disappointment:
— Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip: If you’re into getting a waffle cone, do yourself a favor and get a waffle bowl. I don’t even know that price difference is cause it’s an investment and the price I save from not dripping all over my clothes is worth it.
— Custom creation: made one with strawberry ice cream, dark chocolate chip, M&M’s, and hot fudge. So good!
I was going to tip to see the show, but the party in front of me beat me to it — which let me see that singing and dancing weren’t the employees strong suit. These guys could take a note or two from the employees at Johnny Rockets. Put a little pep in your step!

The owner Cathy is wonderful, they also own the Cold Stone on New Tampa, both stores are very nice and ran in a very professional manner! And the Manager, Todd, is very nice! I’ve never had a bad experience at this Cold Stone, the store is always well-​kept, staff is always friendly and fast. I give it 10 out of 10!

I LOVE Cold Stone! All Cold Stones… well most, I have run into some that don’t run their business as well as others.
This one is a nice place, always that happy, fun vibe when you walk in as with most Cold Stones, along with a large selection of ice creams and mixes.
I got my birthday cake at this location and I think they had the largest selection of cakes and freezer options that I’ve ever seen at a Cold Stone. The Cookie dough cake is yummy by the way!
