Worst place ever! Hannah cut my toe twice causing me to bleed. To fix the problem she out nail polish remover on it. WTH! The massage was horrible she slap/punched the bottom of my feet. I refused to pay and left. My toe is sore and still bleeding

I went in around 1130 and asked for my eyebrows to be done. The woman pointed me into a room without even a hello. Once I laid down she started without even asking how I wanted them done– my eyes were closed and didn’t expect her to start without asking how I want them. So, okay I let her finish. When she’s done I see zero difference in my eyebrows minus a few hairs. I asked her and she said she was done. Tried to explain to her that it wasn’t done right at all and there was hair that still needed to be cleaned up, she insisted she was done. I ended up walking out the room telling the(manager?) it wasn’t done right and I wasn’t paying for such a crappy service, I’m going to my that place soon as they open to get them done. I will never come here again.

I did not enjoy my experience here. It was not relaxing. I’m sure it differs on the tech you have. I upgraded my pedicure only to have to cut my toe nails and file them when I got home. It stated the pedicure would be approx. 50 minutes, it only took 25. If it’s possible, the bottom of my feet were more harsh than when I went it. I may just be imagining it but they were no where near how your feet should feel after a pedicure. The polish was smudged. I can say the massage was nice while it lasted.

I used to like coming here to have my nails done but my last experience in February has since made me not to want to go back. I had an important job interview and decided to have a mani/pedi before the interview. I asked the gentleman for french tip manicure and when I told him the pink was way too pink he yelled at me. I have never been yelled at before by a nail tech. When I pointed out that he missed some spots and the nails were not even he yanked on my hand. I will never ever go to this nail salon again.

The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Took THREE hours to remove my acrylics and then get a mani/pedi. Seriously shouldn’t take that long; there was hardly anyone in there. The lady just painted nails sooo slow! She did a horrid job, too, and I kept having to tell her to fill in parts she missed, etc. Looking at it afterward, I could have done a better job myself! If that wasn’t bad enough, it cost $ 50! $ 50 for a crappy mani/pedi? Ridiculous. And it doesn’t end there. The next day after taking a hot shower, I looked down at my hands and the polish had actually already begun to chip off and had a weird rubbery film on top of it. Avoid this place like the plague! You might as well buy a $ 1 bottle of nail polish and do it yourself!
