Not too crowded at all for a Friday afternoon. Adequately staffed for the amount of people here. The kids like it.

This place holds a special place in my heart since it was my first job back in Waterbury, CT. Unfortunately it is not what it used to be. I brought my kids here on Memorial Day in an effort to avoid the crowds and it was a great idea. It was almost empty. We ordered pizza, which is definitely not as good as it used to be. It had no visible sauce. It was like eating toasts and cheese. They do offer a pizza buffet for a great price during the week at certain hours. The thought of all of the kids that have touched the pizza was what made me order our own large one. We encountered 8 machines that weren’t working properly and took our coins. The attendants were very nice and did return them to us. After running around having a pretty good time we returned to our table to see that our food and drinks had been thrown out!!! Not acceptable. They moved our belongings to the other side of the table when they threw out our things. I do not like my belongings touched and found it disrespectful to throw away our food. I asked young man at the desk and he did give us new drink cups. The kids they have working there are very nice just wish the equipment worked better and they made sure people finished their meals before tossing things out.

My kid thinks it’s the best pizza in the world. Parents opinions matter little in these areas.

Not the best location and could use more play machines. Hire more staff to keep the place bit more tidier. Overall a great place for kids.

The earlier the better. We came for a birthday party scheduled at 10 am and had the best experience we’ve had at a Chuck E Cheese.
As of December, 2015, every machine was operating, tickets came out of every slot, and the restaurant was in great shape. I don’t know how old this place is, but it was the cleanest and best looking Chuck E Cheese I’ve ever been to.
I can’t speak to what happens later in the day, but the place was spotless for the party we attended in the morning. The staff was bright and cheery, not hung over and aloof. The parents were clean and respectable, not hung over and aloof. The children were all behaving well. It was surreal.
The topper was the pizza. I expected cardboard, and it was slightly hard like cardboard, but it had a great taste of butter and/​or garlic on the crust. That was a pleasant and unexpected surprise.
I was glad to see that Chuck’s band is still together, still doing the same moves and creepy as ever.

This place is awful. It’s run by a bunch of teenagers that just don’t care.

Ugh, half of the games were broken. All but 2 of the ticket munchers were broken, and clearly not enough staff. Took at least 45min to get 1 pizza. I have never had such a bad experience with Chuck e cheese.

I was pleasantly surprised with mg visit after reading most of the previous reviews. Took my niece and nephew for an afternoon of fun on a rainy day and it was incredible! First… Who can deny the security at this place. Where else can your that you have to check in and out with your party to insure safety of the kids! Secondly, what a bargain this place is! Every game takes only one token so for a very affordable price one can get plenty of food/​drinks and tokens to occupy kids for hours!
The pizza was surprisingly good! I expected nothing from the food but it was actually quite good!
Even though the exterior looks small, this place is actually quite large inside and had ample variety of games for all aged kids.
If you have young kids… Get your preconceived notions about chuck e cheese out of your head and give this place a shot… You won’t regret it!!!

Hey, I firmly believe in never loosing the kid in you. I can go to Chucked Cheese & have as much fun now, as I did as a child.
The salads, pizzas, games are all right up my alley.
I enjoyed the food, not great, but good. Loved the games! Personally I could have done without the kids, but hey one of them had a Birthday, which is why I was there.
Good pizza, good salad, great games & a great time.
What’s a girl to do? Birthdays are Birthdays, so you gotta go where they are.

Most of the time you have to get an attendant to fix your game or give u another token… the manager was being very rude, me and my wife are lesbians and think that’s why… she was all smiles with the couple before and after us… pizza isn’t as good as it use to be, we got a dried out too crispy crusted pie… Boo

Surprisingly great experience and the pizza, salad bar and wings were pretty good but a bit on the pricey side. The tables and floors were clean. We went on the Memorial holiday weekend and there were a lot of people there without being overcrowded. There were rides and games for my 3 and 4 year olds as well as games that kept my 13 and 15 year olds entertained too.

I actually considered having my 24^th bday here, but went with another venue. Why here when the idea of screaming kids makes me super nervous and twitchy? Because the pizza is decent, the beer and wine is cold, so. why not? Let’s not down play the awesomeness of being serenaded by an animatronic band comprised of eerily robotic rats and such. Maybe not anymore, but the nostalgia is still there!

Despicable. Unbelievable. Unjust. Disturbing.
A few words to describe this pus pit of a location. First of all, there were children EVERYWHERE. How are GOOD MORMON PEOPLE supposed to EAT with that going on.
I will pray for all of you.

Way better than the St Peterburg location… and that is saying alot. It is cleaner and the staff appears that they are happy to have a job because they smile alot more often. The games and rides are in better condition. The only problem I had here was that I had to clean my own table and they cleaned off our table before we were really done, so one of the cups went missing. They were nice enough to replace the cup.
