Burger King

If you come here anytime other than evenings and your food is correct and/​or fully cooked you should feel blessed. I’ve been multiple times during the week in the mornings and afternoons and my food is rarely cooked correctly. Always have to send it back. Do not leave the drive thru until you check it!

12 minutes after ordering a kids meal and a cheeseburger still sitting at waiting while the manager leans on the counter talking to customer who WORKS here. Kid wanted to come inside next time it’ll just be a no all together. Still no food…

I love BK, always have, always will. But this BK makes me sad. It’s always a toss up as to whether you’re going to get the right order, get a hot and fresh order or get your order at all. I once waited 40 minutes in the lobby for a veggie burger combo meal, and it never materialized. When I cancelled my order, they seemed unconcerned. I wish they’d tear it down, fire the current staff and start anew.

So, over the years I’ve had a love hate relationship with this Burger King.
When I first moved to this area in late 2012 I actually came inside with my kids to eat breakfast on a Saturday morning and the service was so crappy! I can’t remember everything that went down that day, but I can say that they just didn’t have it together.
So, the next time I came, also in late 2012 was via drive thru around dinner time… probably 6pm. The line barely moved! It took around 20 min to get food. I came back to the drive thru another time around dinner and gave up in the drive thru.
I moved even closer to this BK last year (2013) and started coming by every once in a while after picking up a kid from an after school activity and the drive thru hasn’t been an issue. This is always after 3pm, however, so it’s during off hours.
Around the time BK came out with those weird fries I started to come back at night to get salads and now the service has been great. There is one person at the drive thru window at night who even remembers the salad dressing I like. Now that’s service. I just hope they keep hiring people like her.
So, since this is a BK I’m not going to go on about the food much, but give reasons as to why I’ll actually eat BK food (I only get McDonald’s coffee and desserts… I refuse to eat food from there).
I only order salads, onion rings and rodeo burgers from BK. I’m not a french fry eater, so I love the fact that BK offers onion rings as an alternative side… and I don’t know what it is about these mini onion rings, but I love them! I order Rodeo Burgers because they are topped with onion rings and barbecue sauce and I looooove BBQ sauce on burgers. The rodeo burger on value menu no longer comes with cheese starting sometime this year (2014) so it costs around $ 1.30 now when you add the cheese. The salads have some how been stepped up at BK. I order the Chicken, Apple & Cranberry Garden Fresh Salad. I usually like homemade or house dressing, but I do like Ken’s store bought dressing and BK now serves Ken’s Dressing with their salads.
All in all when I need a quick salad or a snack, or the kids are begging for the big nasty competitor I end up here or 2 other comparable burger chains along sheldon.

Slowest BK ive ever been to… I only go here if everything else is closed and I have a lot of time on my hands!

I’ve been here twice so I’m far from a connoisseur of Burger Kings. This fast food restaurant is ridiculously slow and has seriously screwed up simple orders both times.
