the worst business management… read the horror stories on google… unbelievably bad… no customer service… wait time to get to speak to someone exceeds 45 minutes to 1 hour! they bill and charge your credit card multiple times for same thing & then almost impossible to get them to credit it back. don’t use them!

Helped a family move their contents out of a PODs and into a moving truck. Customers were satisfied with PODS service moving from Northern California. They Contacted The Right Move in Coral Springs to assist with the Load and Unload.

The billing with this company is so out of control, I paid my invoice, and I confirmed over the phone with a representative that is was paid, and would be ready for delivery as soon as the POD arrived in Fort Lauderdale. Now I’m being told that, and sent a new bill (!!!) my POD won’t be delivered until Saturday December 6th. The person that they transfer me to just goes to voicemail. Anger does not even begin to express my feelings. I want my furniture!
