I have never had a problem with the store but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the grooming. I asked how much to have my large dog shaved. They quoted $ 62 which sounded reasonable so I made an appointment. Just picked her up and the bill was $ 90. On top of that her appointment was for 10 a.m. and she wasn’t finished till 4 p.m. There was only 1 dog there when I dropped her off so I don’t know what could have taken 6 hours. Cannot recommend this grooming service.

The store is clean and the staff is most helpful. I needed to switch dog foods to accommodate my dog’s sensitive skin and the staff member who assisted me was knowledgeable and polite. I also needed assistance with a dog tag and the personalized machine was easy to use. Definitely become a Petco Member because it saves you money when they have specials and there is no fee to join! Also I have had my dog groomed here before and the staff is nice and works well with him– he likes to howl ;-)

I love the variety and selection that this Petco has. The cashiers and staff are always ready to help. The place is well kept and smelling good which is a plus when you know pets come in and out from here. What I love is that they have a large section on hollistic/​natural food for dogs. I don’t know about their cat selection since I own two dogs and two birds, but I am sure that they have a good one for any pet you may have.
