I am shocked at the gall this man has. I feel he takes advantage of college students who are away from their parents for the first time and are trying to make it on their own. In all my years, I have NEVER paid more than $ 40 or $ 45 for a contact lens fitting fee, but this shyster charges $ 90 for a lens fitting, even for people who have worn contact lenses for years. Additionally, he does not let you walk out of the office with a prescription in your hand, or even an itemized bill with procedure codes that you can submit to your HSA, just a cash register receipt. When my daughter tried to call back and ask a question about her service, no one would return her call. She called again and the doctor said if she had a question she would need to make an appointment for another eye exam. Seriously? So I can pay you another hundred dollars or so, just so you can answer a simple question that your assistant could probably answer over the phone in 2 minutes if you allowed him to? I don’t recommend ANYONE going here or letting their kids go here while they’re away at college in Tallahassee.

Dr. Laubach is a wonderful caring doctor! I would highly recommend him to all ages.
