Great Pizza!!! I love to get the meat lovers pizza with extra cheese(Yummy) the wings are ok… It’s a hit and miss sometimes they are over cooked and other times they are cooked perfectly(juicy, wet, and crispy). The seats are t the most comfortable which is why we usually order it to-go. Don’t call 30min before closing the waitress will have an attitude when taking your order and they will rush your food.(had this done 3 times) other than that it’s a nice place to go if you are in the area but please don’t go out of your way to eat there…

Very clean. Hostess friendly. Waitress was very attentive and prompt. Food came out fast and was really good. Got the lunch special, personal pizza and salad for 6.99. The salad was fresh with plenty of fresh cheese and the portion was dinner size. The pizza was hot and delicious. I will definately be back and will reccomend to my friends. Excellent experience.

Stick with the pizza. Unfortunately, every time we order anything else we end up getting sick– especially the chicken wings. The pizza is good and they do have great drink specials.

Well, I gave this place another shot and it seriously missed the mark again. In general, the food is mediocre: the beer cheese soup has NEVER been anything but tepid and the croutons damp and without crunch. Wraps… meh. Wings… vary between juicy and dry. Fries are rarely fresh. The service is lackluster; they seem to be always one short of what they need for floor staff. To their credit: Pizzas are QUITEGOOD. House chips are too.

Good pizza good wings really good wedge salad. 2 for 1 drinks. Can usually get a table easily, one of the few covered decks on N Thomasville Rd.

Do yourself a favor. Get pregnant, become heavily pregnant, and gorge yourself on bacon and cheese smothered fries with ranch dressing guilt-free because it will be amazing. Or get some wings or pizza if you feel like it but your life won’t be complete without those ridiculous fries.

Rummy’s is usually busy, but I found the place bordering unsanitary, and the food is not fresh. I had the ziti a couple of times and the water just drips off of it. Can you say frozen? They need to update the furniture as it is well worn. Price is reasonable, but there are enough restaurants around where I don’t have to wait.

Great Pizza! I had the Rummy’s supreme and the toppings and crust were delicious. Tasted homemade.

you have got to try the buffalo dip, it is awesome. Now my only issue was the 2−4−1 beer special. The price for 1 beer is $ 3.50 but when we got our bill it was $ 5.00. Call me crazy but usually 2−4−1 means for the advertised price. Apparently they have a different price for their special. The food is great however and that is the important thing here.

Just wanted follow-up on my first review now that we have tried Rummy’s a couple more times. Service — never as good as Alex but it has been adequate. Food — stuffed portabella mushroom, delicious Chicken parm — soso Cheesesteak — very good and the sub roll steals the show Greek salad — don’t waste your time. Anything but Greek and expensive for sliced black olives in it. Very disappointed.

Much of the time, the owner makes the pizzas and possibly other food. He cares and it shows. Pizzas are as good or better than anything else in Tallahassee and Ive lived here for 50 years +. On Friday nights(2013) they have live music on the patio and Ive heard they want to expand that to Saturday nights(6:30−9:30). 2 for 1 beers. A fun place and ok for kids too if they don’t run completely wild. Try it sometime is my advice.

Fantastic food. The atmosphere is cozy, yet cool, and they have happy hour all day every day. Our calzones were tasty, good portions, and very fresh tasting. The apple walnut salad is worth getting too. Fries are homemade and perfectly crunchy.

Their pizza is SO delicious, but I always get it to go because the restaurant has no ambiance and the parking situation is pretty bad on weekend nights. I think they use Bradley’s hot sausage for their pizza, but I’m not entirely sure. If they don’t, it tastes like Bradley’s and is so good.

Pretty good pizza. I used to go there a lot for the pizza, salad & drink special at lunch. It’s a great deal($ 7? $ 8?) if you work in NE Tallahassee.

I was pleasantly surprised. Our pizza was very good, not quite as good as Brickyard or Brooklyn but better than Momo’s. Nice crust, good sauce, and a reasonable amount of cheese. I found absolutely nothing to complain about and I’ll certainly be back.

My wife and I enjoy pizza and casual restaurants, and Rummy’s is on our regular rotation. It’s a sports themed venue, so when it’s football season, be advised the atmosphere can get crazy noisy. And another hint from personal experience — make sure your seating is away from the games and gumball machines. These serve as impromptu baby sitters for yuppie parents. Pizza here is quite good particularly the crust. It’s different than Village Pizza’s version, but comes with dark and blistered crust similar to authentic brick oven pizza. Our favorite is the veggie lovers, but others have tasted well. Rummy’s isn’t stingy with the toppings. Salads are a fair value, with cucumbers, tomato, red onion, not just a plate of Iceberg lettuce. The wait staff service can be hit or miss, though lately our servers have been cheery and attentive. Is it a destination for a romantic evening? Nope. But for pizza and a few drafts it meets its purpose.
