PLEASE, PLEASE do not stay at this hotel! Not even for FREE!!! Sleep in your car or drive home. I have never in my life stayed in a Hotel this bad. I didn’t even know they were allowed to be this unsanitary. I don’t think our room was cleaned before we were given the room. There was one towel and two rags displaced around and they BOTH had head hair and what looked to be pubic hair on them. The bathroom floor was full of dust and hair again and there was even hair under the phone cord?!? What in the world went on in that room. It wreaked of cigarettes and the air was stale. It said no smoking room but they provided an ash tray? The blanket had a faded red stain on it and the pillows under the cases were grey from being SO dingy and old. The bed was of very, very poor quality and it squeaked all night. One bed with two pillows. One pillow for each guest and one towel for us to share I guess? But we didn’t even take a shower. We were to afraid to walk around with no shoes. I swear we slept fully clothed and took our dirty shirts and put them over the pillows so our faces wouldn’t touch them. We removed all the blankets and turned the air up. Doubled up on clothes so we could sleep warmly without any blankets. This cost us $ 141 a night to basically have a horrible camping experience! I had my mind to go down to the office the next morning and complain and try to get my money back. However, when I walked in the owner, both janitors and both receptionist were at the desk. He asked me immediately how was my stay? All eyes on me I couldn’t bring it to myself to crush the women starring at me like please say something good. They were very nice. So with a grin I said«ITWASGREAT». And they all had a sigh of relief. He then asked me to fill out a survey when it comes to my email and to give them all 10’s and say kind words because this would ensure his staff keeps their jobs. How horrible to put that on me? I should have been honest but his staff seemed desperate for someone, anyone to say something positive. And first of all you can make old places clean and enjoyable. These people want good ratings with out even half way working for it. I’m on my way home know. Haven’t had a shower or a good nights rest. This hotel needs to be shut down!!!

Well I’m going to start by saying that I WILLNEVEREVERSTAYHEREAGAIN!!! First of all they do not provide shampoo, Then to top it off they don’t even have DONOTDISTURB signs so Housekeeping will knock on your door and you have to get out of bed and sign a form saying you do not need your room serviced. Then last night I spotted a roach crawling across the floor. Then this morning the Housekeeping knocks on my door anyway after I called the front desk last night and confirmed my 2nd stay reservation and told them I DONOTWANTTOBEDISTURBED tomorrow morning. After speaking to them through the door saying I don’t need service they knocked 2 more times. The 3rd time I opened the door and the manager asked me to step out the room so he can talk to me. He told me that he didn’t see my reservation for my 2nd booking through Expedia when I already confirmed with the front desk last night. I then called the front desk for the 4th time after 3 knocks on the door and she then informed me that I had to go to the front desk to checkout and check back in. And here’s the icing on the cake… THEPHONEDIDNTEVENWORK!!! I had to call the front desk from my cell phone!!! As much as I travel every other day, I have never experienced such a thing and will never give my money to this hotel EVERAGAIN!!!

This motel is bad news! The staff is friendly and helpful. The management is not! I stayed here while in FL There are no cameras on the 2nd floor. A bag was stolen from me. I accept my responsibility in leaving it unattended. What I do not accept is the disrespect shown to me by the manager! His only mission seemed to be covering the motels butt. He refused to check the camera. In fact said he must be ordered by the police! What are the police going to do? No cameras on the 2nd floor! I simply hoped he would look at the camera covering the stairway to see if someone was caught leaving with my pink duffle bag. He couldn’t care less. They care more about protecting the criminals than someone who put a lot of money in their register! Bad lighting, graffiti, trash have the grounds looking like the hood!

You’re not this desperate. Sleep in your car. If you need wifi, go to McDonald’s. There is none at this hotel. Oh, they’ll gladly charge you for it, and the IT guys will spend hours arguing that the fact that there is zero connectivity does not mean they aren’t providing service. The«nonsmoking» room came complete with that old smoke smell, burn holes in the carpet, yellowed curtains and counters, and an ashtray. The TV is older than me. The phone could not even dial 911. I tried. The all-night hiphop party across the parking lot(apparently this is a nightclub that is above any noise ordinance laws) LITERALLY shook the building. Not to be a racist profiler, but I would have gladly approached the biggest, scariest, hoodie-wearing guy I could have found to walk me past all the much, much scarier bangers hanging out around the building. I was afraid to use the shower. I’m concerned that sleeping in the bed may have given me ghonnaherpasiphilaides. I have never felt so sorry for any staff before. They are nice, but they know they work for a dump. Seriously, this place makes the ghetto sound like a luxury timeshare. …and his mama cries…

The price was right, but at such a cost. You are charged in advance at check-in. This is usually a bad sign. First thing we notice is the air is warm and musty. The AC unit is working, but not blowing cold. After resetting it according to instructions, it still blew only cool, far from cold air. Next thing was only 1 bath towel. So we went to call for more. Ooops. Phone doesn’t work. Had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. Then I had to go to the front desk to get the towels — no housekeeping staff past 6:00 p.m. There is no facial tissue in the room. There is no pen and no paper. They charge a fee for their WiFi service, which wasn’t working on our final day. Our carpet was badly patched. The bed was very low to the ground, almost like dumping the box spring and mattress on the floor. There was no clock at all, so, obviously, no alarm clock either. Along with the broken phone this required the traveler to provide their own wake up device. The phone was not replaced or repaired during our two night stay. Oddly there was an ash tray turned upside down with the no smoking symbol facing up. This in our non-smoking room. From the smell, I’d say it’s only sometimes non-smoking, or recently made non-smoking. The burn marks on the bathroom counter make me think it’s non-smoking only if you don’t smoke. Also, you won’t need a bottle opener, there was one permanently mounted on the sink stand. Two more points. One, this motel asks you to hang your towels up to use again. However, when we did, they replaced all the towels anyway. This always bugs me, especially in Florida which has suffered from drought for the past few years. Finally, the front desk staff was good. I could tell they were used to the types of complaints we had, but were truly sorry about them. They made no excuses or empty promises, just noted the problems. I didn’t push, because it was obvious that only one person was ever on duty, and they were limited in what they could do.
