Killearn Ace Hardware

This is one convenient and friendly hardware store. Being a female, I’ve always been hesitant to asking for help when it comes to «manly chores» that I have to do because my experiences haven’t been the best, however, everyone that I’ve encounter at this hardware has ALWAYS treated me with respect and showed me and/​or taught me what I needed to know. Love shopping here!

Friendly and attentive service from a knowledgeable staff. Ace has everything I need for home, yard and pool supplies. I can get in and out of this store in less time than it takes me to navigate a big box store parking lot.

This store is like your old home town hardware store. They have everything and will sell you one washer or bolt, if that’s all you need. I purchased two washers for 9 cents each. Of course I found some other items I needed as well. They have many knowledgeable (yes, knowledgeable!) staff members to help you find what you need — NO hunting down help only to find out the associate knows only about as much as you do or less.
They know that kind of service creates loyal customers that will continue to return. Plus, they have a great selection of traditional and current products. They retain a business model that you rarely see these days — quality service and customer satisfaction!
I can’t say enough great things about my experience!
One thing to note: the directions I received from the main Ace Hardware site were incorrect. Although the listed address was correct, the map and written directions lead you off of Kerry Forest Parkway on to Wellington Dr. After wandering around the area, frustrated, I stopped and got directions from the Unilocal page (yes, this page :-) and easily found the store.

I just got back from this store and felt compelled to write a review. The staff at this Ace is very helpful. They can set an amateur on the path to a great completed project. I choose them over the big box stores every time. You can’t beat their friendly and knowledgable staff. They don’t try to compell you to buy the most expensive item! If you live nearby, give them a shot.

I’m not sure I will ever go back to Home Depot or Lowe’s! This place is small, but they really do have almost everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful… you don’t have to wander aimlessly down aisle after aisle until someone will help you. Very conveniently located as well!
