E & J Rolling Rib Shack

Great ribs served by some super nice people. The bbq chicken was awesome. Glad I finally stopped in.

It’s just a little shack and a big bbqer on the south side, down on Monroe near Stereo Sales. A little shack with the best ribs in town. $ 8 ($ 5 on Wednesdays!) will get you a full container of 2 sides (baked beans, potato salad, or mac & cheese) and a big ol’ pile of perfect ribs. I mean, these suckers are meaty and soft and smokey and drenched in sweet/​spicy sauce. I mean, lord have mercy, these ribs are good.
They also do chicken, sausage, and steak, but honestly, I am so taken with their ribs that I have never been able to branch out. They are there Wed — Sat, and until you check them out you have no idea how good it can be.

If you see the shack stopped. you gotta get some!
