Dry. Lukewarm. Had ham and cheese, was kind of skimpy on the cheese. Also gas cinnamon sugar. Too much cinnamon, unsure where the sugar was. Should have been buttery or at least soft. It was neither. Nice and clean setting. Was empty but It was 11am on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.

Came here for brunch on Sunday. Was originally getting to go to Mervs but the line was insanely long. Enjoyed my crêpe! Probably not enough to make this a routine brunch spot when I’m in town but it did the job!

I’ve been to the North Monroe Crepevine a ½ dozen times, so I knew what to expect — and received said expectations in kind. After today’s school drop-off, wife and I stopped by and, per habit, ordered sweet(hers) and savory(mines) crepes. With school being out for the summer, we were the only ones in the place — a huge place at that, seemingly dwarfing N. Monroe’s store. Both guys were friendly and swift at the crepes assembly. One was producing crepes in advance, the other was the«artisan» — putting the requests together. Every now and then, I go old-school and order the sugar/lemon crepes. That instantly transports me back to decades ago. It’s good — try it. Order some of the pre-fabbed options on the menu, or better yet, forge your own path and build your own. Who knows your palate better than you? This location is in the thick of hipsterville — where the cool cats are to be found — and where the uncool(your humble author) can sometimes be found as well.

What a fun place! Visiting Tallahassee and went to the crêpe vine for dessert. The sweet crepes were SO yummy!

I go here often, it’s a good walk from my office. People are friendly, they have free WiFi and also a nice place to hang out. It’s some thing same as Quiznos or Subway but wrapped in a crêpe instead. Simple way to say is-affordable good food.

I’d go here if it didn’t have a chronic problem with not being open and ready to serve food at the hour it says it is.

Been here twice for the savory crepes at lunchtime. It’s basically the same concept /type of food as a(Generic Sandwich Shop /Subway) or even Pita Pit except instead of a sub or pita, your sandwich comes on a crêpe. I think it’s a nice change and something I haven’t had elsewhere. You approach the assembly-style food counter and choose from a wide array of breakfast and lunch items — sweet and savory. On my most recent visit I chose the«Machine» with a couple types of meat, cheese, and vegetables including onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. All the pieces are diced up into little cubes so everything is very consistent. There is definitely the opportunity for customization here, and you can select different cheeses, sauces, and vegetables, or you can simply let them make the crêpe sandwich as designed on the menu board. You can choose to make your sandwich a combo with chips(one of the kettle brands) and fountain drink for a bit more. Prices are reasonable, if a bit on the high side. Expect to pay between $ 7 – 12 per person depending on sandwich, size, and combo. The location just north of FAMU, just south of FSU, and just west of the Capitol brings a diverse mix of diners, but fortunately parking is easier and getting easier still as the road work in the area comes to completion. I’ve never been to the Monroe location, which always looks very busy and is in such a high traffic zone. I think I will stick with this location when the urge for a lighter take on the sandwich strikes me fancy.

The crepes are okay here given the limited amount of crepes one might find in Tallahassee. Anywhere else I’d probably give it a 2. Definitely marketed at the college crowd and besides from the nutella crêpe don’t expect authentic crepes you will get in France or real French restaurant in the states. Basically if you are tired of eating at jimmy johns or something, it will fill in for that. The crepes were cooked slightly long, usually should be a bit softer. Good location though but don’t expect items like prosciutto, caramalized onions, smoked salmon, sauteed mushrooms, not even a typical jambon et fromage(ham and swiss) no brie, no grueyere… Item is more of like chicken wraps or sandwich items that happen to be in a crêpe. Still, crepes… so, gets a 3.
