Customer service here is horrible, the only reason why I come here is because I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and I’m passing by with a need for coffee. Trust me, if there was one closer by I would rather go there.

We have been to this location several times and I have been happy with the product and service each time. It is pretty far for us to drive, but after our horrible experience with the DD near the interstate, we are going to have to drive to this one for the occasional Dunkin if I have to have a fix. The store is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they have a much better selection of donuts than the other location. We were happier with the service here and will return for my next fix. Which, given my diet, is only going to be about once every two months. Oh, well.

Being from up north I was really excited that Dunkin Donuts was coming back to Tallahassee. It’s previous attempts have ended in failure. The staff is friendly enough and the location is decent. As for product, it tastes old. Their donuts taste day old while their claiming they are fresh. The collattas are very good though and that at least seems to be consistent throughout the chain.
