Always fast. Our orders are accurate each time no matter what we order. Super friendly.

Would not come here again, just stopped by on my way home for some togo teriyaki chicken. The rice was cold, salad soggy and chicken was thrown in the box… I am not very picky when it comes to teriyaki… but man this was terrible.

So, I’ve been here twice now. My boyfriend often craves teriyaki, and this is two minutes from our apartment. Location is great, and there’s plenty of parking. Right by TCC and Fred Meyer, so very convenient. The food was okay, nothing really special. I would give this place three stars easily, but I definitely got food poisoning the last time I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry. I would chalk it up to coincidence, but a close friend of mine also got food poisoning here as well. Like I said, convenient and great food for late night teriyaki cravings. But eat at your own risk!

Ramen, ramen, ramen! Excellent ramen, affordable, and the perfect dinner for when you want something filling but light.

Vary good the only problem I have is that they don’t have different salad dressings. Also the teriyaki sauce is super sweet I’ll leave gfat up to you to see weather that’s a bad thing or not

It’s clean. The staff is friendly and the ambience is cozy. If you come for Japanese food, go some place else.

Not too bad, but not that great either. The place is surely not the worse I’ve been, but the food is surely one of the blandest(is that even a word?) and the porsion is tiny.

The chicken teriyaki was good, but chicken fried rice was bland and had a heavy heavy amount if bean sprouts in it. The chicken looked almost tempura fried, but still very bland. Nice staff, average prices

A very good place to eat; nice decorations, clean establishment, and delicious food. The waitress was nice as well. It’s similar to most other teriyaki restaurant.

This is a nice small place. Very clean, very quiet. The food is pretty darn good for being your average teriyaki house. Service was quick, polite & done with a smile. Might end up being my «go to teriyaki».

so after reading the reviews on here I decided to run up the street and check them out. As soon as I walked in I noticed it was extremely clean, not a chair out of place. I was greeted with a welcoming smile. I ordered House Fried Rice(which has shrimp, beef, pork, chicken) & the 8 piece Gyoza, to go. The lady at the counter was friendly and very sweet. In regards to the food, I can honestly say I’m IMPRESSED!!! I cannot believe I’ve been living next to this little GEM for over 2 years now! The food is AMAZING!!! I WILL be returning! Thank you Unilocal reviewers :)

Very good. Egg rolls tasted fresh and not like they had been frozen. Ordered short ribs; little pricey but good!

I posted the dirty bowl and plates. I mentioned to the owner about my concern and I was told the the top part of the bowl is clean. Those are bowls that they stack together. That was the answer I got from the OWNER without any sense of responsibility to do anything else. Staff really needs education food handling. The food is mediocre. I’m upset I paid to eat in dirty bowls.

We’re from Hawaii(on temporary assignment in Tacoma), so every once in a while we get«ono»(Hawaiian for hungry, delicious) for Asian food. .. and Wok V Teriyaki is just a block or two from our apartment. They serve a nice mix of Chinese and Japanese dishes, all fresh made with very generous portions. In fact, we sometimes split a meal, or ask for a take-out box when we’re «pau»(finished) and enjoy left-overs later or even as a meal the next day. We’ve really enjoyed the fried rice, their namesake teriyaki chicken, egg drop soup and the side order of giant-size gyoza with egg rolls — all very tasty. We’ll definitely go back a couple of times more before we go back to the islands.

Tacoma doesn’t have a ton of great Sushi, but this is definitely one of the gems. I haven’t even tried the teriyaki here yet because there are so many different rolls to choose from that are delicious. The outside of the building doesn’t look like much, as it is hidden on the end of a little strip mall, but the décor and furniture inside are comfortable and clean, and the sushi bar is not only fantastic, its’ one of the few I know of that plays Mariners’ games almost exclusively. Recommendations: Their Rainbow Roll is a combination of two kinds of tuna, salmon, shrimp, and whitefish. Gorgeous presentation and everything is always fresh. I know that seems like a necessity for sushi but it seems like only about fifty percent of the time I have sushi is the avocado actually that perfect yellow and green and I really appreciate it when a restaurant takes pride in the whole roll, not just the fish. The dragon roll is great as well, and needs no explanation. One of my friends recommends the spicy teriyaki chicken with persistence as well, and i definitely trust his judgement as I believe he’s tried spicy teriyaki chicken in about 60 restaurants across three states. A+ *Tacoma Hidden Gem*

I absolutely adore this place! I am not a huge teriyaki fan and I like that there are many other choices on the menu. It ranges from Chinese to Japanese… they now have some sushi options too. I usually go for lunch and order the spicy chicken and tempura combo. It is very tasty and plentiful… all for around $ 8. They also serve egg drop soup with all meals. I don’t know if she is the owner, but the lady who works there is SO friendly and always remembers you. Very good customer service here unlike other teriyaki joints.
