Rude check out. Waited in line behind other people. They helped the person in front of us and then when it was our turn to check out they said we only have one line and we needed to go to back of that line. We have never been treated like that at another VS. We put all our merchandise down and walked out. Unbelievable!

Not only do their bras last, their service is fantastic. Ally and Ashley helped my mom and I out today and found us exactly what we needed. My mom is a former VS Bra Specialist herself and feels they were superior.

While I love to support small businesses when it comes to things like lingerie and little frilly things, there are simply times when you’ve got to go to Victoria’s Secret (let’s not even pretend, I love this place!)
I was just here and a sales associate, Taylor, was extremely helpful but not in a pushy way. She figured out the types of things I like and guided me towards them and assisted with finding sizes and colours without being overbearing.
Their selection has definitely increased from a few years back and I’m definitely pleased about that.

Goodness, where do I start? When I first walked in, I had no idea what size I even was anymore. This lady peeked about the corner and came up to me and I told her my ordeal. Without hesitating she brought out the pink measuring tape and measured me right away. I was thinking I was a 34A come to find out I’m a 32C! I instantly had a confidence boost. From there she walked me around the store and said which bras she wanted me to try on (After asking which I preferred of course.) and even introduced me to the lady attending the dressing room. They all fit so perfectly! I was tempted to buy all of them but decided on just one for now. Then they mentioned about the Angel card at the check out. I was a little hesitant mostly because I didn’t think I was going to be approved, but I was. I ended up getting $ 15 off my purchase right away because of it. They definitely know customer service there! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would go again and recommend.

Slow service and clerks chewing gum like a cow. I waited 30 minutes in line to return something.
I want to add that the slow service was not because of the staff, but because there wasn’t ENOUGH staff. One person working the registers is not enough.

Love their lotions and body wash! The girls there are very friendly and try to be helpful. Only complaint is they do not know how to properly fit people for bras. I’ve been naively letting them improperly fit me for years. The problem is Victoria’s Secret does not make larger cup sizes with small band sizes so to compromise (and essentially make a sale and attempt to make the customer happy) they have you go up a band size. You should NEVER compromise band size for cup size. The band is 80% of proper fit of the bra. Their bras are beautiful and comfortable (at first) but unless fitted properly you eventually become quite disappointed with the fit. They have been measuring me at a 36DD for years while ive recently discovered i actually am a 34G. HUGE difference! I’ve been unhappy with the fit of my bras for years but always thought it was just «me». I’ve always gone off the size VS always measured me at, which I know now has been very wrong. My advice to you all is to research online how to «properly» fit yourself for a bra and take your own measurements at home. Or head over to Nordstrom who carry a larger assortment of larger sizes and are VERY educated on fitting you properly. Yes their bras are about twice as much as VS but worth it to have the perfect fit. VS has lost my «bra» business for good (at least until until they start carrying larger sizes). They also need to start educating their employees on proper fit and stop trying to push customers into a sale rather than the correct bra. The only reason however I am giving this store 4 stars, is because it was one of their employees who ended up suggesting I go to Nordstrom. Thank you for that! Because now I finally have a properly fitting bra :)

Wonderful! My favorite store! Since the remodel, it is much more organized and spacious. All the sales ladies are helpful and kind, I have never had a bad experience. If there was one thing I could critique, it would be to have more registers open, but that is the only negative attribute I can think of.

Love this store, love the displays. Can look a bit cluttered when they bring the semiannual sale items out, but that is to be expected. Always a variety of pretty little things, but not well stocked in popular colors or designs, but I guess that is to be expected as well… especially around specific holidays. Staff is friendly and those that do the fittings are very good at it and realize that there is a difference in how certain styles fit. There is always someone on the floor available for assistance, but the ear pieces are somewhat distracting when you hear them talking to others. I do love this store, but the location in the mall makes it extremely busy at times.

Most of the girls that work here are helpful. It would be nice to shop without getting pressured into purchasing something you don’t really need.
