Top Nails

I walked in and the lady was on the phone talking in a foreign language and continue to ask me what I wanted while having the conversation on the phone. I would ask her a question and she would be talking on the phone and then pause. Horrible service. By the time I left the place she was still having this conversation. She could not get off the phone to service a paying customer.
I finally got sat down in a chair and 10 minutes later still had not gotten acknowledged. Not worth my money.

The male in this salon is HORRIBLE! While doing my pedi he kept turning to watch tv. Nicked my toe and it bled! He cut my nails crooked and way too short. He cut my thumb til it bled and never once apologized! Go there at your own risk! Worst ever!

Please do not go this place… Worst nail experience ever. I left the salon with bloody cuticles and nail polish all over my nails. A complete mess. The guy that did my nails was so rude and so vile. So unsanitary I caution anyone going here. I went to the Safeway next door as the previous Unilocal reviewer said to purchase anti bacterial solution and band aids for my bloody cuticles. Again this was the worst nail experience ever.

I recently moved to Tacoma and was desperate for a mani/​pedi and didn’t want to drive to Seattle on my day off. 2 of my sister in laws suggested this place, they said it was «very clean» I went in picked a color and sat down in the pedicure chair with a magazine and didn’t think much of it. once the lady had already started I started looking around and immediately regretted my decision. the place was gross. the pedicure chairs had dirt in them or were turning brown from not being properly scrubbed, the foot rest on several of the chairs was ducted taped because of rips and the massager in the chair was LOUD and squeaky and just pretty much embarrassing. i decided to stay because I didn’t want to be rude but inside my head I was completely freaked out. the massage was the only good part because it lasted about 20 minutes but my massage bliss was ripped away when she proceeded to scrub my feet and legs with a harsh bristled brush that you would maybe use in a sink or something. it hurt like crazy and just totally scratched my skin off! the lady then went to paint my nails and to my surprise she went straight for the color. no base coat, just one coat of red color and no top coat. it was smudged on me skin and looked dull because of the single coat. I made an excuse to not get my fingernails done and i took off… all in all i paid 25 for a crappy painful gross pedicure and on my way home i stopped at Safeway and grabbed some anti fungal cream from the pharmacy…
