I unfortunately hit a deer this fall heading over the pass. Left front was torn up really good on our Sequoya. Took it in and they said at least 10 days due to parts. I really needed back for a trip and they came through for me. I had back in 4 ½ days. The workmanship looked great and now 12 weeks later zero issues. Couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did on getting it back to looking original including paint. V-​Good communication from the service staff through the process as well. Thanks for the great work and getting our car back on the road so quickly.

They had my wife’s car for 2 weeks and when we got it back the hood still wasn’t seated properly! It is obvious to us in the dark that the hood wasn’t fixed yet. Hopefully when we call them back they will fix it. Not satisfied at all.

100% stellar from start to finish. My car needed some body work after a collision, and my insurance recommended Titus Will. I’m so glad that they did!
They took care of everything and were obviously very experienced with dealing with insurance companies and post-​accident customers. Within a few days, they sent me a detailed email with the estimate and work needed.
My car was finished a week ahead of schedule. It looked amazing when I picked it up! They washed the outside and detailed the inside! That definitely made for an even more positive experience.
God forbid I need more body work, but if you do, I’d recommend this place.

The customer service was excellent but the actual job done by the technician was disappointing and far below average, but the did fix the mistake they made on my car the same day.
FULL VERSION:
I originally was going to give this a 1 star rating because of the original quality of work my car received but due to the amazing customer service and quick fix I’m raising it to a 2, maybe a 2.5.
Service-​wise it was great, Bill was friendly and made everything as easy and stress-​free (prior to me getting my car back) as possible on my end.
The work on my car was not done properly and caused me extreme frustration and almost more stress than the car accident I was in did. When I first got my car back Bill pointed out my front, driver side tire had a few nasty holes, which were very noticeable, in it and said it was unsafe to drive. At the time, I was about 80% positive that when I brought in my car, the tires were all fine (esp. the drivers side tires, since I see them multiple times a day). Also a week prior to me dropping off my car, it was inspected on all sides by Bill and the tires were all fine, I didn’t push the issue as much as I should have because, again, I wasn’t 100% positive and I’m also very timid.
Anyways, I got my tire changed (paid for it myself) and the technician changing it said it definitely looked like someone tried to slash my tires and failed and, after I told him I just picked it up from a shop, he said it could be from some kind of machine.
Next issue, my front passenger door wasn’t sealed properly when it was put on. The top of the door/​window is out and you can easily push the window into the door frame. So this caused rain and an amazingly annoying amount of wind to enter my car when I drive 30 min to-​and-​from work. This careless issue with the door solidified, to me, the fact that my tire most likely got damaged at the shop by the technician and is pretty upsetting over anything else.
When I brought my car back to the shop they immediately checked it out and offered to work on it right away. They even offered to shuttle me somewhere (I went to the mall) and pick me up when the work was finished.
My car is finally (hopefully) all fixed but it should have been done correctly the first time and my car should have been treated with more respect and more carefully.
Again, amazing customer service but I wouldn’t go back if I had the choice.

I was in a pretty minor accident but I scratched up my bumper and side panel real good and broke the passenger side mirror. My insurance company sent me to another shop and I didn’t trust them or their estimate at all, left very concerned that they didn’t catch everything that needed to be fixed. I got a list of other shops from the insurance company and decided to go here for a second opinion.
I am so glad I did. They were very thorough and caught several things the other estimator missed, including the fact that the bumper needed to be replaced because of a broken bracket (you wouldn’t have noticed if you didn’t actually reach down and feel around the brackets and everything, which the other place didn’t do).
They estimated 4 days for the work and that’s exactly what it took. When I showed up to drop my car off they had even already called the rental car company for me because I had mentioned when I first went in who I would be using (awesome, less waiting and I could get straight to work).
The work was top notch. My car looks as good as new and every tiny thing was taken care of (even the scuff in the window). They washed and vacuumed it for me, which I know is pretty standard but they even cleaned the dash and other plastic in the car, which hasn’t been done for me at other shops.
The only thing I would have liked was when I picked my car up for someone to come out and just go over the work done. I got the list and everything but after a collision sometimes other things come up once work is started and I would have liked to just confirm that the alignment was fine, rims weren’t dented, stuff like that. A quick walk through with me. Instead my car was driven out front and I walked out to it alone. I checked it all out before I left of course, but yeah, that’s my one small criticism.

I came to Titus Will after a great experience several years ago. Last time they detailed the outside of the car, fixed it so that it looked perfect and completed it in the time frame promised. This time was very different. I was at the mercy of someone else’s insurance company since the accident was their fault. They shortcutted everywhere. They only washed it where they made repairs. They reused my emblems that they damaged while prying off. They are scratched, bent and sharp. The grill has a huge gap where it meets the hood on one side, some of the lights were replaced, the others look dull in comparison and one is still chipped. The paint is an orange peel finish on part of the door and it is a poor match for the rest. The bumper was packed with brown paper towels which littered the roadway on my way home. The appraiser didn’t even walk me outside to show me the repairs that had been made. I didn’t have any communication with the shop for the two weeks they had it, even though they quoted 3 – 5 days. I have a two star review instead of one star, because they gave me a free pen and had a bowl of candy on the counter. Other than that, the whole thing was pretty unimpressive.

Top Notch! Hope I never have to need their services, but if I do get hit again I will definitely come back. To start with, the estimator was very efficient but thorough. He found a few spots that I missed. Being a single dad I needed a convenient drop off. I dropped my car off and was shuttled to and from my work, and made sure that I had a rental that would fit my car seats! The work on my car was flawless. It truly looks as good as new inside and out. I can’t say how happy I am with the work that they did. Definitely would recommend them! Also, nicest front of house staff that I have encountered!

I was rear ended in Tacoma. By the time I was towed it was nearly closing time for Titus-​Will Collision center. They not only stayed open for me, but they transported me in their courtesy van and all my stuff – which was considerable as I was going on vacation – to Enterprise so I could rent a car. All this and they knew I might end up having my car towed to another garage that had a relationship with my insurance company, which I did. (It saved me 1 – 4 days before the adjuster could come evaluate my car.) They were very helpful and understanding.

We brought our car after we could barely get it to start one saturday morning. We were desperate to get our Seattle commute vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. Wish we would have done our research. My stepdad has worked for Baxter auto parts for 25+ years, so we have since price checked. $ 500 for a starter in an old honda is real high. Will not return.

If you are a woman, I suggest you either bring a man with you or go somewhere else. I was in a car accident and was sent there by my insurance. I brought my husband at first and they were wonderful. When the repaired area fell off, I brought it back by myself and the head mechanic (i believe) and two other older men looked at it and told me it was my fault because «I must not understand how a tail gate works.» They also said «it is your problem since you didn’t say anything when I picked it up». I understand if they felt it wasn’t their fault but the way they spoke to me was beyond upsetting. I will never return and will make sure none of friends and family visit them.

Wow. I have been here twice now and have dealt with 2 different appraisers and had work done both times. They completely take care of you and go out of their way to make things as low hassle as possible. They also understand that people can’t afford to pay for unnecessary work these days. They definitely deserve the high reviews they are getting. I highly recommend this location!!!

Sad to say, my wife’s car was rear-​ended and the bumper needed to be replaced. I checked Titus Will out on Unilocal,and the reviews were excellent. They lived up to the reviews. The work was excellent, it was on time, and the staff was extremely helpful. In fact, when we got our car back, I asked how I could get some light scratches off my door (they had nothing to do with the repair) and much to my surprised they buffed them out for free. Good work, good service and a good attitude. I couldn’t ask for more.

Titus Will did an excellent job getting my car repaired after an accident the other day. I needed my car fixed within a week before I moved across the country the following week. The staff was very professional and accommodating to get my car back quickly and in great condition. I would highly recommend them for any collision repair work.

Titus-​Will Collision is the best. They got friendly stuff, all ways on top things and they really do good job.

I took my wife’s car there to get repaired after someone hit it in the parking lot while we were in the mall shopping. They came out took pictures of the damage, we left her vehicle there, and 3 days later her car was a good as new. She would get text messages with updates with the progress of the repairs. I thought it would be there for at least a week, but 3 days it was ready. That was a quick turn around. The work looks fantastic. If there is any other times that I need body work, I would have to go back there.

Tacoma’s Titus Will Collision Center is the best I’ve ever encountered in the auto body business. They seem to be elevating the standard for this industry. Mr. Lewis was my point of contact whom took care of all aspects of what needed to be done. To be sure, he is a part of a precision team, but also he is humble, as professional as they come and as honest as the day is long in late July.
Mr. Lewis’ demeanor impressed me as much as the quality of the work.
I’ve heard of a painless Dentist. Now I have a painless auto body shop.

I was in a car accident, and was hit from the back and forced forward to hit someone else. They fixed me car so that it was like brand new. It cost $ 6,800 but I only paid my insurance deductible (Thank goodness!)
All the people I spoke with were quite friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me my car back on a Friday but there was a small interior part they had not received yet, so I went back in on Monday to have it put in. They saw me right away (actually rushed the car because I had to be to work) and I was out the door in 5 minutes. They let me know the status quite often as well.
Quite simply, they rock!

I can’t say enough good things about this Collision Center.
It took us 3 months, but we finally obtained a check from the insurance company (the company who represents the guy who hit our car, TWICE!).
Titus Will did their own estimate and told us to come back in a week, I dropped the car off, signed the insurance check over, and left with my fun rental (see my review of Hertz). They called me the next day when it was done and it was waiting for me, good as new. And although the repairs cost more than the insurance check (surprise, surprise), Titus Will is contacting the insurance company for me.
Their process is pretty flawless. It didn’t cost me a dime to get my car repaired, get a rental, and get home safely. I won’t have to spend another minute on the phone with the insurance company, either.
And although these sound like obvious things, would you really expect it to be so easy?
