This was a beautiful place to live, very close to downtown Tacoma. I loved the waterfalls. Staff were one of the best aspects of being there. They were very kind! If you are interested in a place that is reasonably priced for what you get, check it out!

I lived at the Oasis for over a year. Chelsea was an amazing manager and was always able to get on top of issues right away– whether that was noise, something broken, or requests of the tenants. I really enjoyed my time here as well as the convenient location. Not to mention they have a lovely dog run area and grass for them to do their business on. :) overall, A plus!

A wonderful place to live, quiet neighborhood and gated community the apartments are very clean and well maintained. Great location and minutes from downtown Tacoma… and a plus for me, it is Christain owned and Managed

I lived here for a year and Chelsea was great! We loved the location and the apartment was pretty decent. Maintenance requests were for the most part handled quickly. The unit was a bit small and laid out rather poorly. We were lucky to have the best patio in our building and we had a great view of Downtown Tacoma (and could catch a sliver of the Thea Foss Waterway). My biggest complaint would have to be the lack of soundproofing between units — I got to know my neighbors way closer than I wanted to.
