Fantastic location with a plethora of city and waterfront views.
The staff have been phenomenal in assisting us and answering questions. This is a brand new building with lots of amenities. It’s definitely worth a look. There is a rooftop dog park, private parking, freight elevator, gym and a plethora of other features.
We’ve decided on another location closer my work as my wife works remotely, but I wouldn’t hesitate to lease from them if I worked downtown.

Very nice amenities, the Staff is excellent.
The washer and dryer very nice full size stackable’s. The gym and entertainment room very well furnished and equipped. No monthly pet fee ! Just a one time deposit. Very nice common area court yard, fountain and barbecue area. Worth checking out!
