Sunrise Ridge

This place is absolutely horrible. We have great rental history, always pay on time, quiet family with 2 small children. Worst place I have ever rented from. We should have listened to the terrible reviews. This management is a complete scam. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional and (I wouldn’t just make this assumption) they are crooked. While processing our application, they tried to make us pay more because they were unable to reach our references. We have a long long list of great references and each time we contacted them, they picked up on the first try.
W/​S/​G is not included in the rent and they charge FAR more than they should for each. Our bill for that alone is over $ 150/​month. There are TWO trash cans for the entire complex and Im quite certain it’s picked up but once a week because it is ALWAYS overflowing. There is a severe water leak on the ground floor apartment below us that causes flooding on the sidewalk/​grass. I have called this in, hasn’t been fixed.
We moved into a filthy apartment and after we advised them that the carpets were never clean, they insisted that they had been but have since refused to furnish us with a copy of the invoice. The cabinets, etc. were absolutely disgusting. Nobody even attempted to clean the unit. No credit for our unit not being ready.
The play area was supposed to be up by the «end of the year» and it is now February. So far, the play area serves well for dog poop. I can’t imagine anybody ever choosing to renew their lease here. We will be excited to once again rent from honest people/​organizations.

Still the worse place ever. It is now November and there are items that have not been completed from my June’s maintenance work order. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE unless you want the worse experience of your life.
