Starbucks

I come here frequently since I go to school at UWT and each visit is always pleasant. The employees are friendly and work pretty quickly considering how busy this place can get. Coffee and food wise, it’s just like any other Starbucks. The location is just very convienent for us students and is a nice, warm place for us to sit down and work on some homework. Absolutely no complaints here.

Came in and I ordered a Venti Carmel Macchiato w/​SOY! Service was excellent, so I decided to leave a gracious tip and then I leave in a bit of a rush and noticed it was made with WHOLE MILK. Charge me for soy, yet give me milk! Damn why is it every business, organization or establishment that is here in Washington is full of DUMBFUCKS!

Makes really good coffee and it’s near the University Bookstore! Plus walking distance from the Conference Center!

Very snobby baristas Lori and Ally. Took forever to get our order and then on top of that got it wrong. Then where rude about. Will definitely not be coming back to this one.

I like that they’re attached to the university book store. it’s always busy but the service is fast and really friendly. lots of seating inside with the outdoor option too. of course free WiFi.

I like their coffee and I like when I walk in they say hi. You know what else? They always say thanks or have a great day after I pay for my coffee. There are so many places out there now with a slacker mentality, but this isn’t one of them. I always know I can get coffee I like there and no attitude with it.

Great Employees who make great Frappuccinos and don’t mind talking to you, while you sit and relax.

The customer service is great at this Starbucks. Everything else is similar to other Starbucks, but I have always had a great experience with the baristas at this location.

Love this Starbucks location! Love the staff, love my drinks, love the atmosphere! I graduate this year so I am going to miss it! No complaints here!

I love this Starbucks! The employees are very optimistic and sometimes they can make your day. We all know Starbucks is a great place to get coffee so food doesn’t matter here but customer service and environment.
The environment feels very welcoming. They are often warm when it is cold out! Their facility is clean and if you need to use the bathroom you have to ask for a key, which keeps the restroom looking mighty clean.
Any-​who, I love their customer service! They make my coffee right every time! Consistent is key. They always ask how you’re doing and are not afraid to create a conversation with you. The one thing that got to me with is that, I’m not sure who it was, but it was a man who help me and I had told him that I got my gold card recently, he was patient enough to work with me to try and find my free drink for hitting gold; as always technology has let us down. So, he decide to give me coffee on the house :) how generous!

We came after a nearby high school was out (God I feel old) so it was a little crowded. Barista behind the counter offered samples and another took our orders. Ordering and getting our drinks went by quickly and out the door we went.

This Starbucks is one of the better ones. A number of them out there do not have sandwiches and salads available to you but the Starbucks in high traffic areas sometimes do. This one is probably high traffic enough to have those extras since it is by transit stations, downtown Tacoma and colleges.
The staff here was pretty friendly. We got in about twenty minutes before closing time and the friendliness was not worn out. We ordered our drinks after an afternoon of taking advantage of free museum day.
One thing I was impressed with was my pastry. It tasted fresh! I have come across several Starbucks over the years where the pastries seem to be hardening after sitting out most of the day or perhaps they are several days old. I don’t mind having a few days old pastries but at least fool me into thinking you made it today. :P
I tend to stick to the independently owned coffee shops and will continue to do so but this place came in nice in a pinch.

One of my favorite Starbucks! Staff is always friendly, and they never mess up my coffee order. Only complaint is lack of seating, but it’s not a big deal to me. I love this location!

Definitely one of the smallest and cramped Starbucks I have ever been to. So if it’s busy, don’t expect to get out of here in a hurry as they never seem to have more than one person making drinks.

Apple fritters. Breakfast sandwiches. Super friendly staff. These are the things that will keep me coming back here again and again. It sure as heck isn’t the coffee, which is just as awful here as it is at any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Head to Metro Coffee just up the stairs for your caffeine.
