Wonderful damage restoration company! I have seen them in action many times, helping get customers back to where they started! They are honorable, efficient, trustworthy and excel in their field. I highly recommend them to all of my clients, and will continue to do so.

Here we are a full month after our basement flooded. Service master is who our insurance company called to help us, what a mistake. They were supposed to take a carpet sample that day… nope, they forgot. Not only did they forget that, they didn’t open the wall where the pipe burst, they came to check the dry-​out process and left our house key in the door. I would never recommend this company.

We had a water loss from an upstairs toilet and had never filed an insurance claim before. But ServiceMaster of Tacoma came out right away and dried us out in 2 days! That was much faster than I thought. They also recommended a great contractor who repaired all the damaged drywall, paint and flooring. They handled all the billing with the insurance company so I didn’t have to write any checks to them. Thank you ServiceMaster of Tacoma for helping us out.
