I absolutely love this salon. By far the best experience my cousin and I received. After a bad hair experience I had 3 weeks prior I was desperate to get my hair color fixed before my Cancun trip coming up. I found this salon through Unilocal and I decided to give them a try. (The BEST decision thus far) i made an appointment for my cousin first (with Jennifer M) and then the next day I would be coming back for my appointment with another stylist. When we walked in, Jen greeted us and walked us over to the station for a consultation. Immediately I felt comfortable with Jen! she was so professional and thoughtful. Gave ideas and opinions as a professional hair stylist. I admire that! I asked if she could take a look at my hair. I know I had an appointment with another stylist the following day But I felt so comfortable with Jen. I wanted for her to do my hair. she said she could squeeze me in while my cousins hair was processing. Jennifer was so professional, genuine and the sweetest stylist I’ve ever known. She is definitely a perfectionist. She would go out of her way to make your hair the way you want it. I was so pleased with my hair I had goosebumps after lol I’ve been searching for a permanent hair stylist and thank the lord I found Jennifer M. Thank you jen for «fixing» my hair. And for giving my cousin Tanya a fresh new look Tanya and I will definitely be coming back very soon.

My husband and I have been going here for massage with Myrna, who is absolutely fabulous. She’s personal without being over chatty, and very intuitive and experienced with body work. We both feel better than we have for a long time. I paid for my daughter to visit today and she walked away feeling rejuvenated as well. Would highly recommend!

Such a cool place! Had a foot soak and coffee and then a 60 min facial and it felt heavenly. I can not wait to come back again soon, hopefully can drag the hubby along this time Nd use the pool and other amenities.

I went here on a groupon deal with Ruth for a «75 minute facial and peel». She was 15 min late starting, and I was getting frustrated. I thought my treatment would be extended to make up for it. It was not. I couldn’t relax because she kept asking me questions and talking about the superbowl (and I’m not a sports fan) I wouldn’t recommend, nor would I go again. I didn’t tip-didn’t deserve it!

Aimee has been doing my hair (along with the rest of my family) for the past 4 – 5 years and she always does such an amazing job! She is very personable and listens carefully to exactly what you want. I am extremely picky with how my hair looks but I am now at the point where I walk in and tell her that I would like a change and let her choose what she wants to do! I am always very happy with the results! The salon overall is very clean and the staff are very sweet. Overall it’s a fun yet relaxing environment with talented hairdressers!

I came here because I saw a advertisement on Groupon by stylist Jennifer Mcquillan. Let me start with it is a very nice salon and the atmosphere is nice. Other than that my stylist Jennifer was very unprofessional. I let her know I didn’t like my the bassiness in my color. I guess that’s the worst thing you can tell a stylist because after that her whole demeanor changed .Let the work speak for itself. She refused to do anymore work on my hair because I got a thrifty discount by her words. A Groupon deal that she advertised .So I guess because of the thrifty discount you should walk around with uneven hair and a brassy hair color. Pics show what happens when you don’t double check your work.

My sister and I have been coming to Miriah to get our eyebrows waxed and followed her here from her previous location. She does such a good job that I drive down to Tacoma just to have her wax my eyebrows. She is also such a nice person.
The spa looks great too although i have only been here for the eyebrow wax.

This Saturday I and my daughter had a wonderful spa day at pacific avenue spa… I had found a really great promotional special on line with Jennifer Mcquillan…
I was able to get a baylage cut and deep condition on promotion and a cut for my daughter at an amazing price… The deal it self was a great score but the experience is what through it over the top for us… from the moment we got their Jennifer was warm attentive and accommodating… Jennifer was able to work with us to help identify a great custom color and cut that I absolutely love… I received a beautiful ash beige blond baylage that looks and feels very natural and high end… Jennifer didn’t rush us in any way and was thorough through out this process… while my hair processed she met with my daughter and helped identify a great cut that looks amazing on her… my daughter was extremely excited and loves her hair now more than ever… So in my experience Jennifer’s skill talent and service has earned her five stars and our repeat business in the future… I hope you all get a chance to check her out and have the same wonderful experience me and my daughter did…

I came in for my hair appt with Victoria and she was amazing! I checked in a little early and the receptionist offered to let me use the steam room while I waited. Their steam room is amazing, they gave me a robe n slippers to wear inside and a small locker to put my stuff inside. After being very relaxed, I headed up to Victoria’s station and she listened to what I wanted perfectly! I’ve had bad hair experiences before at other salons, particularly with them taking too much off, but she did amazing. She trimmed all the dead split ends off without making it seem any shorter. She explained what she was doing and the products she was using which was very helpful and reassuring. I definitely recommend this place if you want to feel pampered and beautiful :)

Came here because I got a Groupon as a gift. The people were friendly and the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. I got the Egyptian Foot Escape by Myrna… she did a great job. I would love to return and try other services. I give four stars because of the parking situation… yes they validate, but you can end up having to walk up and down hills if lots are full… or you can just pay to park.

Jamie is the BEST!!! Been going to her for years and followed her from different salons and I really like this salon! Everything I’ve ever had done to my hair by Jamie has been amazing! She is highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended!!!

I love getting facials and do them often. I have my local favorites in Seattle, but do like to try new places from time to time.
I got the best facial here by Ruth! My skin was fantastic after the facial and never looked so good. Ruth really knows skin and was great on giving me the best treatments for my sensitive skin.
Pacific Avenue Salon and Spa is now my favorite place to go for facials. I am excited to return here.
