I really LOVE my spa days. My fiancé makes sure to get me the whole shibang every year for my birthday. That is until this year(we choose a new spa). It has taken me a while to join Unilocal(but last years b-day spa day, April 2011, was sooo bad, and the year before that was great but they never gave me the flowers or chocolates he ordered) thus I still have a bad taste in my mouth. I was 10 min late for my appt(parking issues at the valet) so they cut my massage by 30 minutes! I was upset but wasn’t going to let it ruin my day or the $ 300 pre paid for the experience. After telling me my massage would be cut short they took me to the sanctuary where I changed and then sat for over 20 minutes waiting for my halfa$$ massage to start. The massage, meh. The facial, worse I’ve had. The esthetician put the steamer on my face and then left the room for 15 minutes! Usually you get your hands or feet rubbed while under the steamer not just left! The lunch that came w/the pkg was good. pacific grill rocks. The mani/pedi was the only part I enjoyed besides lunch and that was only because the nail tech was awesome. I was sad when I left and far from relaxed. I didn’t want to break my honey’s heart by saying it sucked please don’t go there again so I lied and said«It was wonderful but let’s try something new!» Sigh.

We went here for a living social day spa deal and couldn’t be more pleased — a few services were unavailable but they were so accommodating and gracious. Great staff from customer service to licensed techs they were all knowledgable and not pretentious or snobby. A wonderful day!

I received a gift card for a spa day at this salon end of September 2011. When I went to book my appointment in November, I was told that the location had changed owners and they were not accepting the old gift cards anymore. The girl at the front desk was very unapologetic and gave me the cell phone number of the previous owner so I could call and try to get my money back from him(almost $ 400). When I called him, I was also told there was nothing he could do and that he was sorry. This spa has clearly had issues as it has already changed names again since my experience in November 2011 and is now operating under the name of «Clara’s Spa.» I do not think this company deserves any future business and I would definitely recommend for people to not buy the Groupon that came out today — who knows if you are actually going to get to redeem it for services before they change names and owners again.

I called to make an appointment for a mani/pedi and was placed on eternal hold 2 different times. Finally I called the next day it went to VM, so I left a message indicating I when I wanted my appointment and to call me back. NEVER received a call. Finally, days later when I got through to someone and let them know I never received a call back, so didn’t even appologize. Too bad… I was going to try this place and bring my 10 bridesmaids & moms/grandmas back the day before my wedding for a spa retreat. They missed out on thousands of dollars of busines for being rude and unprofessional. I’m taking my ladies elsewhere!

First let me say that I’ve used this spa many times, this was my first visit since ownership changed(again). I used to recommend this spa to friends and clients, I no longer will. Today I went in for a spa package and was very disappointed not only in the services but the response and attitude of the staff at Clara. First, I received a dirty robe, which had dirty tissues in the pocket. My massage service was great. I purchased an hour long body scrub which ended up being only 33 minutes. Cleaver trick placing a towel over the clock so you couldn’t tell you were ripped off. I was hoping to take a shower to rinse off, however one look at the showers had me running. Hair and dirt covered the floors in both showers and there were no towels to be found in the bathroom. I was so disgusted I ended up leaving without getting my(already purchased) pedicure. When I tried to bring this to the assistant managers attention she didn’t seem concerned nor did she really care. I tried to contact the actual manager but you can’t get ahold of her, she doesn’t have voicemail nor has she returned my call. Don’t waste your time or money here, head down the road to Jewell Day Spa.

I took myself and a friend here for a special they were running for 2 massages and a manicure. I love this place. It is quiet, tranquil, and very geniunely friendly staff. It is not pretentious like some salons, yet still has the little things that matter– such as the heated beds for massages, little waterfalls trickling here and there, nice music and scents in the air, fluffy towls, special 6-head showers. I actually live in Seattle, so personally compared to there find the prices at Biella quite reasonable.

I do not recommend Club Biella. The staff are young and unhelpful. The massage services are overpriced and not at all professionally done.

I booked a hair appointment at this salon for today June 4th at 2pm. I left work early to get here on time. They didn’t even have me on today and had me next week when I even called and confirmed this twice to make sure it was today. It was like it didn’t even matter to them. I just said ok and they just looked at me at the front desk like they had nothing to say. I will never try to book another appointment at this salon because clearly they say one thing and do another.

Joes was closed so they offered to get me in. Decent hair cut nice place. Good in a pinch. Rob that used to be at Joes has moved to a new place called Super Nova on 7th and St. Helens, so I plan to check that out next time I need a haircut.

I’ve been a regular of Sublime, and when it joined with Club Biella, I was initially uncertain about the change, but it was a pleasant surprise. Their stylists are fantastic and want to make sure you are happy, especially if you want to take a risk and try something new with your hair. They use nothing but the best products for your hair. Very clean and professional work area, with small perks such as tea, coffee, and scalp massages. I’ve also partaken in a few of their spa services, from a mud bath to stone massage and regular massage. The therapists take into account your comfort level and adjust accordingly. The overall ambiance of the faculty helps to facilitate a relaxing getaway, in addition to the amazing Men’s Sanctuary, complete with shower, steam room and sauna. I thoroughly enjoyed my massages and plan to schedule one again when I can.

I went to get my hair done in the Sublime Salon. I was beyond please with my experience. I was serviced by Christine who appears to be a jack of all hair trades. I was looking for someone in the area who could do black hair and looking for a pleasant salon environment. Not only was my hair amazing when I stepped out but it was done in 45 minutes. I hope to try additional services and report back but for now I am a fan.

5 girlfriends and I tried this place with 2 days notice. We had manis pedis facials and massages. Everyone was very pleased with their services so much so that I went again by myself the following week. The wet sauna has a eucalyptus smell and the robes and towels which are provided as great. Thank you Sara for a great stone massage I needed it after a rough month of training. P. S. The spa is 17 miles and about 20 mins from Fort Lewis and offered a military discount.

I came to Club Biella for bridal services because they were close by and offered a package with hair, makeup, and nails. Sandra did my hair and I can’t recommend her highly enough. It looked gorgeous and stayed in all day. Taylor did my makeup, and while the consultation was a bit rough, she did a wonderful job the day of, and again it lasted all day. The only disappointing thing was the mani/pedi experience. It took a long time and my nails weren’t as nice as I would expect for the price. Since this was the clincher for me(what made the package seem like a great deal) I have to downgrade overall to three stars.
