The best sandwich shop in Tacoma. In my opinion way better then MSM. All of the hot sandwiches that I have tried have been outstanding, which is something that MSM does not have and the deli sandwiches are definitely a strong competitor to any of the sandwiches at MSM.

Seriously, I’m not sure I have ever had such a perfect sandwich. The perfect proportions of meat, cheese, bread, and sauce.

Just got my lunch to go from Nuckle Sandwich and it was great! I had the $ 7.95 special with a ½ club and soup. The sandwich was delicious and way more than a half and the soup was great. It was boxes up very nice with a pickle and breadstick on the side. I can’t wait to go back!

I came here once for a sandwich. It was tasty and hit the spot. It is superior to something like subway, but it’s also not quite the place for artisan sandwiches with special bakery bread, braised meats, arugula and city-​foraged pickled fiddleheads either, if you know what I mean. I really appreciated the combination of ingredients on the sandwiches. They are more creative than average. I think if you are looking for a tasty sandwich, that is probably still a little heavy on the calories, but is fresher and better than the average sandwich, you’ll find it here.

I got the Classic Cold Cut sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! I was fortunate enough to miss the lunch time rush~ (whew) and the person who waited on me was very friendly. I checked in on Unilocal and got a free cookie which tied me over until I got home to eat my sandwich.
I would definitely go here again and recommend it to my friends!

Tried the pulled pork, the bread was fresh and delicious
Also tried the French dip, perfect combo of bread and meat. My sister got the mushroom chicken sandwich, liked it mostly but did not like the cheesy sauce, said it was just overpowering.

Another great restaurant on 6th ave. There are so many good sandwiches to choose from. They also have a pretty good selection of vegetarian options. My husband really likes the Nuckle Deluxe and I think my favorite so far is the Mushroom Cheesesteak.

I had passed this shop a ton of times and always wanted to try it. I was skeptical and stayed away until I mentioned it to my sister and someone else overheard. I was told that it was delicious and busiest during lunch.
I got the bell pepper cheesesteak and a bowl of the zuppa toscano soup. Both were AMAZING! I was there with my sister and nephew and we all were blown away with how delicious everything was. I’m excited to go back and share about how yummy everything was!

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE! My boyfriend and I ordered a couple of sandwiches to go without realizing they closed at 7 and Jennifer stayed open late for us! I ordered the bell pepper cheese steak and it was phenomenal. Even after it sat in a to go container for fifteen minutes it was amazing. I was super impressed with the customer service I received.

*French Dip Hunt*
I’m always on the lookout for a great sandwich shop, so my boyfriend and I stopped in here after seeing some great reviews. We weren’t disappointed! We got out of there for $ 16 and change. WOW.
I got a French Dip, which was GREAT! The roast beef is marinated, so it’s hot, tender and juicy on the bread (and a touch soggy). The au jus was really flavorful as well. The broccoli cheese soup looked kind of watery, but it was rich and creamy! The cookies were also great (and free with a Unilocal check-​in)!
My boyfriend got the Chicken Bacon Ranch, which he describes as «delicious and bacon-​y». You can also get french fries here, which is a welcome change from potato chips at most sandwich shops! We will definitely be back.

Best place with the best service! The food has always been excellent. On a recent visit with a to go order, we discovered at home we had not gotten our soup. We didn’t call or go back because we didn’t have time. No worries, just meant to check next time. It’s next time and I mentioned it… Just to let them know. While we were eating, we were brought a $ 5 gift card for next time from the missing soup. Great food AND great customer service?! Customer. For. Life.
Now… Go get yourself a Knuckle sandwich!

Great little sandwich shop. Staff was friendly and nice. Has a decent selection of sandwiches and it has the little place around the corner feel to it (it is right off 6th near my place). The sandwich I had was tasty and the prices are super reasonable!
