I first came to this store last year to get a bag that I had my eye on. I walked out with that bag and the«mom» wallet. Shortly after the wallet had begun to deform my cards. At first I believed it was because the wallet needed to be broken in. I ordered new cards and replaced my cards. When it happened again I called the customer service number and they wanted items I didn’t have so they told me I needed to go back to the store where I had originally purchased it. I called the store because of the distance from where I lived. The manager on duty at the time told me to take it to a local Michael Kors and they would be able to exchange it. I made the two hour drive for the manager at that store to tell me that it was normal wear and tear. Last I knew someone wouldn’t spend $ 180 to have to replace credit cards, insurance cards, and drivers licenses all the time. I left there with the final date I could do anything about my warranty knowing I would be visiting Washington soon. I left for my trip a day early because I wanted to get my wallet taken care of. I went into the original store where I purchased my wallet and spoke with the associate(sorry I didn’t get your name) who referred me to the manager. Kristen went above and beyond listening to and understanding my issue before exchanging my wallet for something that would not cause the same issue. She was extremely thorough with my concern and ways to fix it. I left with my new wallet and went and put everything in. First thing I noticed is that all my cards slide in with ease. It is not so tight that I can’t get my cards out. They come out with ease and I no longer have to store them sideways. Thank you Kristen and your associate for taking the time to listen and rekindle the trust in the company and product that two others destroyed. I will never buy from any store but yours!!!

The employees were fine it is more of a problem with their awful company policy — if someone is spending hundreds of dollars I would expect the company to be a lot more customer service oriented. We went to do a return(husband picked a purse I did not love) but we did not have our debit because we had to order a new one the chip was not working — so since the numbers on the debit are different they would not do return they told us we had to get a $ 456 store credit. No thanks. So we’re fighting this

The girls working this night was very unprofessional. I went shopping here on Xmas Eve. Yes the store was busy but the customer service sucked! We asked a sales lady to grab us a pair of boots she said«hold on I’ll be right back» 10 min later a black male asked us if we were being helped I said yes. Another 10 min went by and we noticed her sitting in the back room watching the video cameras(apparently she just caught shop lifter and was reviewing the tapes) so she forgot about us. Then the black male worker notice I was getting pretty pissed, standing there for over 20 min. He went in the back got her and she came out and said«oh I was on break»(I know that is BS cause I seen her watching the tapes when the back door was being open) and he went and check on her twice before she even came out!!! ok now we finally got the boots stood in line for over 10 min to pay(remind you I was next) I stood in line for so long cause I was watching Rachel(I believe was her name) flirting with 3 guys(like hard core flirting) A few days later I went back to buy a purse with my husband. He even notice how unprofessional the lady was(that caught the shop lifter the days before) She justed walk around the store not paying attention to anything or helping. I felt I needed to write a review so hopefully the girls in this store will read this and change they way they treat customers.

Personally, I am not a Michael Kors fan. However, a lot of my friends are and this tends to be my go-to location for quick birthday gifts. Every time I’ve been to the store, the workers are extremely helpful, attentive and not too close. Sometimes, when you’re at designer brand stores, they have people following you and it’s a little creepy. I didn’t get that vibe here. It’s always clean and their selection is great. If you like this brand, as bad as it sounds… it’s not so bad at Tacoma Mall!
