Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s

Macy’s Benefit Brow bar and Nordstrom’s are the only places I trust my brows to get worked on. I’ve been to many Macy’s locations around the USA and there seems to be a solid consistency among each benefit brow I’ve been. Have yet to be disappointed.

Lenice and Veronica have both done my brows. I am in the process of growing them out and they listened to what I said. Both are great and did not push any products on me.

3 friends recommended Sheena. She knows exactly what she’s doing and my favorite part, she’s not only great at what she does, but she’s personable. I came to Sheena almost a year ago and have been coming back ever since. Plus, my brows look great now!

So… totally thought this place was in a room of some sort — but be aware that you are out on the makeup floor in. Tacoma Mall. not just some nice mall, maybe that would be different. No, you will be sitting in the makeup section at the benefit counter, in the Tacoma Mall Macys.
The woman who did my brows was really nice, but their whole process is not worth the money that they charge. I thought this was going to be a good experience due to the price, usually nice eyebrow waxes are $ 25. They essentially do a really quick wax and minimal pluck and then put makeup all over you to make your brows look good — or, to «hide the redness.» I went home and noticed that my top brow was hardly done.
They totally try to sell you on their products too with the whole, «oh wow, this cover up matches you really well…» They then asked me if I wanted someone to put makeup on me and play around. I thought they were bored and doing me a favour? Idk. nope trying to sell products.
I JUST WANT A NICE PLACE TO GET MY BROWS DONE.

I love it here — quick, fairly inexpensive, no high-​pressure sales, and a consistently great job on my brows! Never too thin!

Sheena is the best. She added shape and style to my brows with minimal pain. Two thumbs up!

Thanks, Lenice, for shaping my brows just perfectly! You stayed true to my natural shape and helped me enhance them even more to flatter my face shape. I appreciate your honesty and professionalism. I will definitely be seeing you again!

Thanks again to Unilocal and the positive reviews for the brow bar, I got my eyebrows waxed after years of only threading. I had a great experience. Sheena took her time and made sure my brows were to my liking, which was a softer, fuller look. She also filled them in a bit.
Another positive, they didn’t push their products on me!

Lenice did a great job on my eyebrows! I will definitely be going back to her. She even helped me fill in my eyebrows and I plan on getting them tinted next time I get them waxed.

I needed to find someone to get me in for a last minute apt before I left town the next morning. I called a few places, then came across this one on Unilocal.Sheena was able to get me in that night and did a great job on my brows.

Sheena was great! I have had my brows waxed before… but never actually professionally shaped. So glad I went, because she shaped them perfect for my face. When she was done, she even touched up my makeup. Definitely will be going here from now on :)

Sheena is fabulous. I’ve been trying to regrow and shape my eye brows and it was time for a professional. So when I saw the other reviews and thought id give it a try. Sheena is so knowledge and great with eye brows. She definitely has a found another customer. Please keep in mind I drive from Lacey here just so Sheena can do my eye brows.
