Glacier Motel

Bedbugs ! Huge ones. and when it was brought to the managements attention just hours after checking in they blamed us and said we must have brought them!

I stayed here and it was the worst thing I have ever done. These people are very unprofessional. They have the worst for bed bugs. They treated us like criminals and we’re horrible about everything. I called the health department. I hope this place gets shut down soon. The people were not customer friendly and they should not be able to run a business. They also hit my car! One star is to high.

One star is too high! Place is your typical I can’t rent an apartment so I live here motel. But they are shady. People say they are leaving and don’t! They take money and do not provide services at this time stating they will! My friend’s mother is homeless and rented a room we were told we had to wait an hour, after that hour we were told the room still wasn’t ready and it would be another hour! We left to the store two hours later we were told the lady in the room didn’t want move till the next day so the manager too my friends mom in. Three days later a room was provided to her and she was kicked out a few hours later granted this was her fault but she didn’t receive a refund for the 13 days she did not use and no one answers the phone. Bad business practice! Nope never got a refund and the manager cleaned out her room stealing some of her stuff. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!
