Great customer service! First time here and they treated me like a regular. Got my coffee and delicious pumpkin muffin quickly and it was perfectly heated. Love the atmosphere :)

I just moved down to Tacoma from Seattle and have been searching for a great coffee place. When I ordered my regular drink (a caramel macchiato with coconut syrup instead of vanilla) they said they had never heard of the drink before. That made me nervous at first, but they made it so well! It was delicious and the baristas were so nice! I’ve been back twice since then and have had the same experience both times. Highley recommend :)

Great staff and great coffee. However environment is VERY LOUD so no five stars. If they can get an auto espresso (click click click click to get the espresso in the metal press), don’t let the steamer blow without a town on it (improper training) and quieter blenders (pretty much just ask Starbucks what brand they use) that would be SO much better.

It was my first time here. I walked in at 5:45PM and asked for a sandwich. I was told that the grill was cleaned and turned off already. So, any food requiring use of the grill was not in the picture. Then, I was going to order a coffee instead and noticed they just finished with cleaning the coffee machine as well.
What do you know? Well, you’re right. I couldn’t order anything. What was the point of having a closing time of 6PM when they stopped serving at 5:45PM? They might as well just close the shop at 5:45PM.
I walked out of there and walked right down to Starbucks who were more than happy to serve me.
I hope this was only a one-​time incident with that specific employee at Forza. This just turns me away and I don’t plan on returning to this Forza shop.
Why do they still get a 1 star? That’s for the «cleanliness» and «not locking the doors at 5:45PM» since the shop had a sign that says they close at 6PM.
I do hope everyone else gets a better experience.

Pretty great place. We were meeting with someone here and while we waited, I got the January special Snowflake mocha and a muffin. They were tasty and the place looked tidy and clean. The employees were kind and it was a nice place to chill out at. Would recommend if you’re passing by.

Love this Forza! I will drive past 10 coffee shops to come here. The baristas are the best — knowledgeable and friendly. This shop is always clean and the customer service is excellent!

I love the variety of milk Forza offers. It is the only coffee shop I have found so far with almond milk. With food allergies this is a huge blessing. Coffee tastes pretty good, too. Thank you, Forza!

Nothing spectacular here; just another strip-​mall coffee shop. Big, open room with tiled floors and bare walls makes for a fairly noisy space even if they aren’t that busy. Coffee was decent.

A friend and I came here while we were in Tacoma and just needed a place to chat. The coffee was good. I had a panini which was good as well. The atmosphere itself went from comfortable and easy to talk in to a little too quiet with several people sitting in there. It was ok, but there wasn’t a lot of comfortable seating. Overall, I’d come here again but wouldn’t travel out of my way for it.

Plenty of room and they have an awsome private meeting room that anyone can use. As someone who works from home I have found that this Forza is an excellent place to meet with clients or host a meeting.

Typical northwest coffee bar. Nothing really stands out. Think of it as a Ford Taurus. Not world class but dependable. Clean space, decent coffee. Escape the rain go on inside!
Free Wi-​fi and you can print here too! Nice touch being able to print at the coffee shop.

It seems like they are still figuring things out in here. Good coffee, good people, food and location. Give it a shot. It’s better than the Sbux.
