Tina and Charme, the salon mascot with the fluffy rainbow unicorn tail, teamed up to give excellent service to my Mother, who has dementia. My mom does not like nail trimming at all, but the appointment was a success. My mom was blissfully «charmed» by the gentle and caring attention. We will definitely return.

My friend and I had an AMAZING time at Charme today! Great customer service! They were easy to contact via phone, email or text. It was a breeze to go online and book. The salon is warm and inviting and very very clean. Charme, their adorable and sweet doggy mascot is more than willing to lay in your lap and lounge while you relax in the ridiculously comfortable seats. They even offer neck pillows and warm blankets. Both of the techs were amazingly sweet and professional and did a through job with my ancient callouses. The colour swatches instead of the pick-​at-​your-​own-​risk nail polish wall lets you see exactly what that colour will look like on your nail. They don’t do acrylics, only natural nail products, so the air doesn’t stink like harsh chemicals. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the entire experience. Clean, professional, welcoming and relaxing. My only regret is not tipping more, but I’ll be back and make up for it the next time I’m there. :)

I contacted Tina via Facebook as she belongs to our neighborhood FB group and she’s shared a little about her business on «small business Friday». Sent her a message on messenger and she arranged for one of her employees, Tiffany, to call & schedule her soonest available appointment time with us. Tiffany was so awesome and accommodating today for my mom. My mom was just diagnosed with cancer and is currently being hospitalized and Tiffany came to her hospital room and worked her magic. Beautiful shellac mani and a normal pedi, complete with massage and foot exfoliation & yummy smelling lotion. What a treat for my mom! Tiffany even got down and sat on the hospital floor to give my mom her beautiful pedicure. She was very professional, she didn’t talk our ear off, yet told us a little about herself and Tina (I love women-​owned small businesses!) & Charme (& their grand opening open-​house!) Wonderful experience, we are so grateful!

The best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. So clean, friendly, and especially cute! My first pedicure lasted so long, and it wasn’t even gel polish. Learning about how waterless pedicures are way more hygienic and lasting for the polish was great. The prices are very decent for all the service you get – plus the tools you get to keep from the pedi is an unexpected plus. What a wonderful, fun, clean nail salon! The owner, Tina is a true professional. They have a huge variety of gel and regular polish. I love the mood changing gel with glitter designs! The zero gravity chairs are a dream, and they are adding facials soon! I can’t wait! I have already booked my appointment for next month, super reasonable prices. Worth every penny.

I love Tina’s new place because it’s so chic and cute! It’s still the same high quality service that she provided at her previous establishment.
