Tully’s is much like Applebee’s, at least in how frequently you see them. Seriously, I’ve lived here 22 years of my life and never made it to a Tully’s. Which is fine by me, at least the feeling after I ate there. Mind you, I managed to try two different Tully’s in like a 2 weeks period… yay… So second chances were given. We arrive and I like the atmosphere. Trying hard to make it comfy and fun. Which is better than not. Couple bowls of popcorn hit the table, which again. Kinda fun. Drink orders come and go, I had the blue raspberry lemonade. Which is delicious! BUT no where neither on the menu, nor did the waitress mention. That there are in fact, No refills. I’d expect that from an alcoholic beverage, but not my lemonade. They should take notes from Applebee’s. Who offer just one refill with specialty lemonades. But I digress. I order the patty melt.(Syracuse location.) And where do I start. On a couple slices of barely toasted seedless rye. Saturated in grease. I reluctantly take a bite to find a very dry patty of beef. Disappointed I reach for my fries. Which were just ok… but didn’t quite put a band aid on it. Needless to say, I left dissatisfied. Next location, Niagara Falls boulevard. Which mind you, now I’m on a diet. So trying to eat more cautiously. I order the turkey burger. With grilled onions and Swiss. The burger lands, paired next to the same sub-par French fries. I take a bite, and… nothing. I mean literally NO flavor out of that patty. All I taste is Swiss, and some grilled onion. Which by the way, very skimpy on the onions. It’s as if they grilled packing peanuts, then formed it into a patty. Here’s the kicker. My friend Ashe, reaches over to me and says. «You don’t come here for anything other than the chicken tenders. Go ahead, try one. I did… and oh my lanta. Ok… so they do something right! Pretty epic chicken tender. But they have SUCH an extensive menu, who knew!!! Maybe I was to adventurous. But… I don’t know. I still don’t think your life changing chicken tender can make up for your fault in burgers, and fries… maybe that’s just me. But you be the judge. If I do go back. Chicken tenders RELIGIOUSLY. The end. Nothing else!

I have called twice to place an order for pickup and I have been left on hold for several minutes both times. Either the place is understaffed or they just don’t know what they are doing. will not be calling again.

I dread ever getting takeout from this location and after the last 4 times I’m done. The staff is teenage girls is always too busy goofing off amongst themselves, and food is usually never within the time they say it will be. And for those rare times when it is ready on time, be prepared for lukewarm soggy food. Meals are always looking like they are literally thrown and slopped around in the box. Did takeout again tonight/12/23 will never do it again. Finally learned my lesson. $ 40 later. Half the food was wrong or missing. I’m sure they wouldn’t be so careless and try this with dine in customers. Will not be back for takeout or dine in.

Tully’s is a family owned sports themed casual dining local chain that boasts over 70 TVs showing all sports, all the time. What can be said about Tully’s that isn’t already known to locals? They are an absolute CNY staple. If you live in CNY and haven’t been to Tully’s, you’re in the minority. Sports bar themed, the walls are plastered with memorbilia, and the tables decorated with different sports cards. Everyone raves about their chicken tenders, and there’s a reason. They’re delicious. Hand breaded, fresh tenders, that come out light and fluffy, crispy and delicious. Their secret recipe honey mustard is great as well, also available bottled to take home. I’m a fan of the buffalo style as well. But tenders isn’t all Tullys has. Burgers, salads, pasta, you name it, there’s choices for everyone. And everything is good, I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad meal at Tullys. Their burgers are freshly cooked, huge and plenty of different topped options. Salads are also huge, definitely meal portions. Pastas, appetizers, everything is delicious. I’ve been to all the local CNY locations and have always had consistent meals, and good, pleasant, consistent service. Prices are fair, you can definitely get a meal that’ll fill you for right around the $ 10-$ 12 mark at Tullys. If you’re from our of town, give them a try. Don’t expect a gourmet meal, but fresh, tasty American style bar food that’ll satisfy you.

it’s a local chain, but the food is a step up from chain quality. Great vibe, hearty portions, and yes the chicken tenders are as good as others have written about… but really, everything is done well, and the prices are very reasonable. Fun place for the family, and the menu is big enough for even the fussy.(yeah, that probably means me). Go !

This place is a dump. The food is subpar and slipping. It’s a kid friendly place and it shows. They just recently ditched the sticky carpets and upholstered the booths. Family friendly restaurant that used to serve good food a few years ago, Now it sucks. I went there 2 years ago and the food was not good but I tried it again recently and it was actually worse. Adult sodas are $ 3 and a decent draft beer is $ 6. The kids meals aren’t cheap either. Save your money and go somewhere else, even McDonald’s would be a step-up.

I don’t get this places hype. The lot is often packed, and for what?! The chicken tenders? They are not very good. I know because I ordered the $ 3 side of them. They were bland, the texture was decent, but overall they were watery and meh. The burger I had was dry even though I asked for medium rare. If you can’t do this, don’t ask how I want my burger. The fries were even soggy. The complimentary popcorn was the best part of the meal, but it didn’t make up for the bad service. I’ll take my money somewhere else because I’m not getting on this hype-train.

Very disappointing. Was there on a Saturday night, and it was very busy. We waited about 20 minutes for a table, and I thought this was a good sign. The popcorn was good, but other than that, I didn’t think anything else was impressive. Service started out pretty good, but turned to mediocre by the end of the meal. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which was smothered in blu cheese. It was soggy and I didn’t taste any buffalo. I never got a refill on my drink, and when I asked for honey mustard, it didn’t arrive until the end of the meal. I don’t understand the appeal of this place, unless you’re an avid sports fan and only go for the ambiance.

Came in after a round of golf– restaurant was full and decent outside seating to capacity. We were seated in a booth and immediately greeted by our server Brianna who took our drink orders. Drinks were brought promptly and of course we ordered tenders! Can never go wrong with Tullys tenders! We had the popcorn that they bring out to every table while we waited for our food. There are TV screens everywhere; I can only imagine how busy this place gets during football season! Friendly service, great food for great prices!

I’ve been to every Tully’s around, and it’s usually consistently ‘okay’. Not this time. My burger was cold, I got mashed potatoes instead w/gravy(on the side), and they too were cold. The waitress dropped my gravy, and took forever to bring more out. I wanted mustard for my burger, and by the time it came, I was half done eating it. All in all, this experience was pretty poor. Will try to steer my family somewhere else next time.

We ordered the sweet chili chicken fingers for an appetizer and they were alright.(The review received more stars because of the chicken fingers.) I ordered the chicken and rice with vegetables(forgot what it was called but it was on the healthy part of the menu). It was awful; it was all thrown together with way too much sauce. I couldn’t take more than one bite. I then ordered a veggie burger with cheese and it was loaded with way too much ketchup. I scraped it off but the bun was still drenched and soggy because of it. I barely ate it. This is the first time I have ever turned back food. I used to work at a restaurant so I am very considerate of those who work in customer service but the waitress was not friendly

This place is pretty good, but parking is horrible. Don’t even bother pulling into their private lot because it’ll be full and is also a dead end with nowhere to turn around. You’ll probably have to park in the nearby Wegman’s parking lot. The food is fine and all, so use other reviews for that, just wanted to point out my issue with parking here.

Every night after 9 they offer some sort of half price or $ 5 appetizers. Sun-Thurs you can get cheap tenders, I swear it’s the best deal in the area. My husband and I can both eat for $ 20 and have leftovers to bring home. Between the Louisiana crab dip and the tenders I’m in food heaven.

This is mediocre food and the wait is ridiculous. Maybe the wait was so long because it is the holidays and we were a party of ten, but the staff wasn’t forthcoming about the wait time. The bartenders are great though.

Chicken strips were flaky and good. Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it didn’t come smothered in buffalo sauce, so I was a little disappointed. Just a piece of breaded chicken on a roll, no toppings either. Service was good and lots of tv screens to follow multiple games at once.

We go here every you after our annual Adult/Junior Bowling tournament at Strike and Spare Lane in May, and to be honest with you the first time I went it was just because it was the only thing still open besides Denny’s. I am glad a made the choice. The burger are always good and cooked to order perfect, the Buffalo Bleu burger is good if you want something with a little kick. It has blue cheese on top, a blue cheese dressing and sauce from the wings! Don’t like hot try the steak house burger complete with bacon, mushrooms and cheddar. After all how can you go wrong with bacon. Don’t like burger how about the Cajun Pork Chops or the Vodka Ravioli. They also claim to have the best chicken fingers but I have never tried them. Looking for an appetizer try the wings, loaded fries or nachos! Looking for a cold one they also have a large selection of beers to chose from.

Tully’s is a great place to go if you want 20 pounds of food for under $ 10. The only things in this town bigger than the Ranch Chicken sandwich are the Carrier Dome and the construction season on 690. You’re either going to go there to drink really big beers, drink really big beers and eat food, or drink really big sodas and eat food. There are somewhere between 500 and one million televisions. If you can’t see the game, then you’re probably at Panera. But don’t worry, all you have to do is cross the street and you’ll be at Tully’s. Simply close your eyes and follow the smell of fry oil. I have no idea why you’re reading this review and neither do you. There isn’t a soul in this town who hasn’t been here. You’re not going to learn anything new from this Unilocal

Tully’s is an icon in Syracuse. Most flock here for the chicken tender dinner! Can’t beat it. Insanely popular on SU game days!

The wary Unilocaler will take this review with a grain of salt. (And a plate of Tully’s Tenders.) There are those who say that absence makes the heart grow fonder, and while this is a questionable adage where overwhelming college roommates, ornery old family pets, and clingy younger cousins are concerned, it is all too apt when it comes to me and my relationship with Tully’s. A regular of the Fairmount location for what we’ll guesstimate is close to my entire life, Tully’s Tenders and I have kindled a passionate love affair — we are Kel and orange soda, we are Napoleon Dynamite and tater tots, we are Harriet the Spy and tomato and mayonnaise sandwiches. Much as with any instance of blind adoration, I do not care how bad they are for me, I do not care what others say about them, I do not care that finishing an entire platter of them in one sitting might make my heart explode. I would cancel a date with my best friend to hang out with Tully’s Tenders. I have written sonnets to them. Last Christmas I made a fuss about freezing them and packing them in my suitcase(with the argument that it’s cold enough in the hold of a plane to preserve them for the twelve-hour journey to California) just so I could have leftovers three thousand miles away. There are few things I love more on the West Coast than the food, and yet even when surrounded by platters of authentic Thai and decadent artisan pizza, I miss this particular incarnation of chicken more than I can say. Being deprived also of a decent sports-bar in the Bay Area, Tully’s, with it’s probable fifty television sets and sports décor(most of it paying homage to local little league, high school, college, and professional teams), is like a temple of athleticism, a shrine to competition. On the whole the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the popcorn is free. And if you don’t like the Tully’s Tenders, you are either lying, heartless, or having a bad day, and I will hear no more of your poppycock.

I love Tullys! I hate to admit but I spent the majority of my teenage years hanging and eating tenders at this particular location and now that I’ve left the area every time I come back home I request we stop by. The waitstaff is always friendly and helpfully answering questions about new items on the menu. And if you’re looking to watch the game… look no further, there are a ton of TV’s showcasing every sporting event on. Favorite food item on the menu is definitely the buffalo chicken sandwich, which is perfectly coated and dipped in the buffalo sauce. Yum! And if you’re not in a food mood … take a look at their drink menu! You can’t beat the 23oz mixed drinks for $ 3.95. You can’t find that good of a deal anywhere!
