Dunkin’ Donuts

With so many Dunkin donuts locations, Starbucks and now Tim hortons just down the road, I won’t be back to this spot. I’ve given it so many chances.
The service and quality is super inconsistent. Staff is rude, like you’re inconveniencing them by being there.

Two stars for having the lights on. The service here is pretty inconsistent. The lights however, never fail.

Ok. I know, I am reviewing a Dunkin’ Donuts. Whatever, judge me. This place seriously sucks. 1. The staff is extremely rude, and at the ripe hour of 5:30AM, I am in NO mood for you to tell me, «you are practically whispering, should I remind you that driving while tired is just as dangerous as driving when intoxicated, did you say large coffee?» No, I said I hate you. 2. They are seriously incompetent. And I am not saying that in a judgy way– I mean, one will take your order, make your coffee, get your bagel or donut, ring you up, say goodbye, then go to the next customer ALL WHILE the other employee is standing there wiping down the counter. again, and again, and again. This creates a HUGE line that is sometimes a 12 – 15 minute wait. I’m easy, all I ever get is a large coffee. But someday, that is going to change, and I am going to bring my entire office donuts and bagels and GUESS WHAT this particular Dunkin’- I am NOT coming to YOU.
End rant.

I’ve been to many a Dunkin’, and this was by far the worst. The staff were rude and incompetent. I hope they get it together soon.
