cupcakes are good. three stars because i have had one decent experience with one of the staff but the rest are eh. get it together. it could be a booming business!

My two star rating is very sadly for the service. The cupcakes, however, are very good. :)
Kerwin’s seem to only hire young girls who would rather not wait on you or work at all.
…I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone angrily serve me a cupcake before, and let me just say all I did was walk over, say hello in a cheery voice, and ask for a cupcake.
I guess there’s a first for anything.
Kerwin’s…please train your staff. Because your product is good!
