Dunkin’ Donuts

The Duncan donuts in Syracuse can be hit or miss. This DD is probably the best off all of them. The coffee is always fresh and tasty and sandwiches and donuts are delicious and the staff is pleasant and quick. I have never had them make a mistake in my order. If your looking for a constantly good Duncan donuts come here. I might sound like I own the place but after always getting burnt bitter tasting coffee at the location near the regional market it is a pleasure to find a DD that does such a great job.

The good thing about food chains is that they can usually reproduce their food products reliably across hundreds or thousands of stores nationwide. DD’s coffee and breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheese) was quite good. I also liked that the staff was flexible with some requests for some changes I asked for from their standard menu. A combo meal comes with hash browns and the sandwich is served on a croissant. I asked them to not include the hash browns and to prepare the sandwich with a bagel. It was easily accommodated without objection.
I ate in, as usual, and found the atmosphere to be clean, pleasant, and relaxing along with good Wi-​Fi service. Multiple tables are available for outdoor seating in a patio area. In fact, I liked this place enough that I might start to go to this location more often. There is a drive thru and plenty of parking at the rear of the store.

This is a new location to this booming neighborhood. Its a great addition, drive through is very convenient. Staff is friendly, place is clean and quiet. Food and coffee was fresh. We have made this DD our favorite location.
