I liked the one stylist who cut my hair but she only works part-​time and not at a convenient day of the week. I set up an appointment with some guy stylist but when I went for my appointment, I was told he was out sick. Whoever did my hair that day was terrible. Worst haircut and color I’ve ever had. She burned my head with water that was too hot and then burned it again when she put me under a scalding hot hair dryer. My hair turned out way darker than I asked for. My husband said it looked horrible. The haircut was bad, really bad. Chopped layers that didn’t blend in together. My bangs were cut so short that I just looked weird. We were going on vacation to see family in Canada the day after this appointment. I was so embarrassed by how bad my hair looked. And this place is expensive! Will never go back.

Love this place. The ladies there are great. I went shortly after getting a cast off my leg for a broken ankle and they took such great care of me. Got a great mani and pedi and will definitely return.

The staff is very rude and did not offer good customer service. Apparently I came at an inconvenient time and felt very rushed. They even asked me to come back another day instead. I won’t ever come back here.

Went here for a day to relax with a friend given to us by our husbands as Christmas gifts. Had a wonderful time and the ladies who did our mani/​pedis were amazing!
