First time I Grubhub ordered here, I ordered a steak taco bowl. It was actually really good… aside from the fact that they completely forgot to put in the steak. The cilantro lime rice was good but it didn’t make up for forgetting to put steak in my steak taco bowl(it had no meat at all). I gave it another try because the salad was pretty good so I ordered the same thing– steak taco salad. This time it did have steak but I wish I had just ordered it without! The steak was dry and hard and it had so much pepper that it was almost inedible. And overall the salad just didn’t taste as good as the first time. Probably won’t order from here again.

DONOT order delivery from here! I ordered delivery from here and 3 hours multiple calls to the restaurant and Owner from myself and Eat24 which were NEVER answered. I eventually had to order Chinese food and that arrived in 15 minutes. I tried to give them a chance even with all the negative reviews, I was so very wrong. I will not order from here again, they accept your order charge you then don’t show up or answer their phones.

We were driving through town so we ordered pick up via Unilocal. The two burritos we ordered were very big and very well flavored. They were ready and still hot when we got there only 10 minutes or so after ordering. There were some very friendly local people eating there as well. If you’re looking for cheap, fast, great food, this is the place.

I ordered the slow cooked beef tacos and the chimichangas and they are delicious! Delivery was very quick and everything was hot and tasty. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Craving a burrito for lunch, I wanted to try out a new Mexican place. Unilocal brought me to A Mexican Affair, a tiny little spot on Court Ave in Lyncourt that shares a building with Anna Maria Rossi Pizza. Convenient one hour parking right in front. I didn’t know before walking in that Anna Maria Rossi Pizza was in the same building, so I thought I’d walked in the wrong place when I first went in, as all the pizza stuff is seen immediately as you walk in. The Mexican items are off to the left. Only one table in the place, so it’s definitely aimed at take out. A nice older gentlemen with a Spanish accent greeted me as I walked in, and made my food. Items are reasonably priced and comparable to other places in the area. I ordered a steak burrito, which is $ 1 more than the other meat choices. They have a decent selection of toppings, from stuff you see at other places like Pico de gallo, cheese, lettuce, etc, but also stuff you don’t see at other places like jalepenos, black olives and Chipotle sauce. I added guacamole, which is also a separate charge. A steak burrito with guacamole came to near $ 12, which was a tad more than I expected, but not too crazy. The burrito was huge, around the size of my forearm. The flavor was alright. Not amazing, not terrible. It was a little heavy on Chipotle sauce, and that kinda overtook the rest of the flavor. The cilantro lime rice was tasty. I wasn’t blown away, but I could eat here again. The portion sizes alone were worth the price, and I wanna try their chimichangas. I have yet to have Mexican in CNY that blows me away.

After some negative reviews I wish I would of not gotten food here. I ordered through grub hub and literally my delivery was an hour and thirty minutes. Then the food was just terrible. If you are a fan of authentic mexican street tacos like me then don’t eat here! They use flour tortillas for starters and don’t give you any sauces on the side. So I ended up with 3 dry tacos on flour tortillas. I ordered rice and beans on the side which was mediocre at best. And I ordered tres leche for dessert. Never saw tres leche made with cake icing. It was entirely too sweet couldn’t even eat it. Just overall a bad experience with the food and service. Don’t eat here!

Great food at a great price! Ordered from a hotel room on a weekend trip to Syracuse. Delivery time was reasonable and we were more than satisfied with the quality of our burritos and tacos especially given the fact it had to travel from the restaurant. Only complaint is they forgot to bring the salsa for our tortilla chips. Will definitely consider this place on our next trip to Syracuse.

Ordered a chicken salad taco bowl on grub hub and delivery was at the time estimated. Food was hot and plentiful! Very nice salad with lots of veggies and a generous portion of meat. This was exactly the kind of meal I was craving… lots of veggies with some good flavour! Delivery man was pleasant. Would order again for sure. Important to take into account the delivery wait so best to order in advance of when you want food.

Veggie Chimichanga is delicious! Although the delivery took a while, my food is still hot(still eating). Lots of flavor as well. The fried Dough sticks are a nice way to finish the meal. Will deff order from here again!

Huge chicken burrito and fresh guacamole. The cilantro lime rice was really good and the burrito was so flavorful. Prices are definitely not comparable to Alto, prices are more like Moes but I thought it was better than both. It was delivered in about 45 minutes on a snowy night and was still hot. This will definitely be my new spot for mexican food.

I tried them when they first opened and it was not good. I have recently given them another chance and was pleasantly surprised! They are now my favorite Mexican place in Syracuse. The ingredients are fresh, plentiful, and delicious! Highly recommend!

I ordered two chimichangas around 2 or 3PM expecting a quick easy meal to order to the hotel I was staying. It came to 23 dollars, to which a 3 dollar charge was added for delivery. The prices were comparable to Alto Cinco, so I assumed I’d get at least average Mexican food. The woman over the phone said it would take one hour because she had one delivery driver. I almost changed my mind at that point and sadly I did not! the food arrived about 1 hour and 20 minutes later. My food was subpar at best, overcooked bland rice and canned beans. The other chimichanga came slathered in two sauces: a «chipotle mayonnaise» and sour cream. To give you an idea, imagine the amount of sauce you’d add to a toaster strudel but times two! We scraped it off to make it edible but it was steamed into the food for over an hour! The smell was awful. We called the store back to let her know we’d like a refund and she said the sauce was not wrong. We were not offered a refund and we will not order from this place again!

The food was fresh. But felt there could’ve been more taste to it. I got a burrito bowl and a soda for $ 11.00.

Got the shredded pork burrito and my wife got the veggie version. Both were very sizeable. The shredded pork was seasoned superbly. very friendly service. The burritos are constructed right in front of you and the place is clean. Will return soon!

Just got 2 burritos and 3 tacos here and was actually kind of shocked at how delicious and flavorful the food was considering on what this place looks like from the outside. Not much ambiance here, and no place to sit and eat, but that being said the prices were very reasonable and again the food was excellent. I’d definitely come back here! The two employees working were both very friendly and warm.

I have been looking for a new Mexican place to replace Juanita’s for a while. I think I found it! I had the shredded beef burrito and it was really good… and huge! I could not eat all of it! My girlfriend had the enchiladas and she said they were awesome. No place to sit down and eat them though. It is strictly takeout. Very fresh though and I am sooooooo going back!
