I brought my bike to their Farmingdale location to see if they could salvage the gear mechanism and chain. The service was excellent and they could not have been nicer. I didn’t purchase my current bike from them, but I will purchase my future bikes from them.

Modern, clean, and very well stocked. Sales was courteous and seem knowledgable. When asked for the difference in weight between two parts, a scale was provided. I’m impressed and will be back for more.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Russell is awesome! He gave me a Guru Bike Fitting recently… he was super knowledgeable and patience. He also got all the new parts that I needed after the fitting, fast and on time!
Because of him… And their product line up, locations, store hours and the ease of use of the online appointments for the fitting, I’m turning into a Brickwell client for life.
Also the Syosset store is super clean and modern!
