Brought my son’s bike in as it needed a new inner tube – it was cheaper for them to install (I was not about to go messing with a cranky chain :) than to just buy the inner tube alone somewhere else. These bikes, esp for kids, are not cheap, but they are sturdy and light weght. There’s a part of me that wishes I could just go to a local chain store and not think about it too much but when you compare the quality of the bikes there is no comparison
