I can say with complete honesty that this pizza is not worth the value. It isn’t a bad pizza, but it seems as there was no yeast in our dough, and we didn’t order a thin crust. We paid 18 dollars for a large pizza that didn’t taste as filling as a 5 dollar frozen pizza from the grocery.

Its not bad, but it does not live up to the hype on Unilocal and is not worth the price they charge. The crust is super thing and soggy, and beware they will charge for delivery.

Its not a winner. My wife ordered delivery and they got it wrong. Only thing winner about this is the name. The Pizza was just regular, nothing really special.

Great hidden secret in Sylmar. Great food… reasonable prices. Greated by a sweet employee named Tori. She is sweet and offered great customer service. I give it high marks for overall experience.

Pro: not too busy to let me customize a lunch special. Let’s me know how long it takes for special request. Clean, professional, on par, if not better, quality than what Id get at Costco. Conveniently located next to the freeway. I believe Family owned. Cons: Feels very generic, sterile, not necessarily warm & happy to have a customer. Sits on phone when your ready to order, just to tell someone else to handle the register once off the phone. The expectation is that I would be treated like a winner once I came in and in that regard they fell waaaay short.

Great customer service. Pizza good. And they don’t nickel and dime you like other places. Would come back.

Worst place to order online. Ordered online… got an email saying to call a number if I wanted to pay with credit card. Guy who picked said he hasn’t received my order yet… 10 min later. He kept saying its probably my connection or I probably did not hit send. Made me feel like an idiot. I explained how I got the number I dialed from my order confirmation email. No professional phone etiquette. I canceled my order.

We ordered for devilry. We were told it would be 30 minutes for them to deliver, no problem except the fact that it took them an hour and 10 minutes. Not to mention we were just around the corner, under a mile away. On a positive note they food was warm when we got it. We ordered two pizzas; one cheese and one pepperoni, two salads, 2 garlic cheese bread, chicken wings, and lasagna. –Pizza — was good… pretty tasty… not too greasy which was nice. –Salads — plain but good none the less –Garlic cheese bread– was very tasty… only problem is one one side ends up having cheese with how they pack it. –Chicken wings — i am not a fan of them but i was told they they were good. they were all gone at the end of dinner. lasagna– very disappointing. It was ordered at the largest size, i believe its called family size. we opened it and it was in a container for one… maybe two people could share since there was other food. once we went to cut it… it was the smallest piece of lasagna i have ever seen, it wasn’t even an inch high and they drenched it in sauce to look full. All in all I would order from here again, but id do pick up and I’d just order pizza and a salad.

The pizza had a good flavor. It was soggy, though. The wings were great, and the service was great. Gonna try them again and ask for the pizza well-done. If that works out, I’ll probably be bumping my review up to 4!

I had Winner’s Pizza catered/delivered to my son’s 5th birthday. From the start I was able to communicate well with the owner(Sam). He ensured that everything would be right from the get-go. From the time I found Winner’s Pizza on Unilocal(it was the closest pizza place to the Wildlife Learning Center a mile away) till the delivery of the pizzas to the party, every transaction, every phone call was smooth. I found Winner’s on Unilocal. They didn’t have a lot of reviews on Unilocal but their website was the kicker for me. I could of purchased 12 pizzas from Costco but that wouldn’t have been a challenge. :) I found the prices here at Winner’s more expensive than the Costco prices but still pretty competitive. After finalizing the amount of adults and kids we had confirmed, Sam worked with me to order the right amount of pizzas and salads for the party. I needed the food delivered to the center by 3pm and he was outside waiting with his kids(he delivered the pizza himself) at 255pm. Score! The pizza was tasty(It wasn’t something to write home about), but it was hot and fresh. The two salads came in big trays and Sam even threw in a tray of garlic bread for us. If you need Winner’s to deliver or cater your party, check with Sam. Don’t mock their small shop inside the AM/PM gas station, the pizza catering was perfect!

This isn’t the best pizza you’re ever going to have in your life. But this place is way underrated. The reason I’m giving it five stars is because everything I’ve ate here has been really delicious! I’ve tried the pastrami sub and I usually get a small garden salad. The garlic bread here I can say is the best I’ve ever had!!. I’m not even kidding. It’s slightly crunchy and the inside is super soft and covered in garlic, butter and I think tiny diced onion. Also they have awesome lunch deals and you can make a combo out of all your meals. I definitely will keep this place in mind for delivery as I always forget they offer it for a minimum of $ 10 sweet!

Was at the Jiffy Lube during lunch getting an oil change and saw this place was literally a minute walk away, so I headed on over and was pleasantly surprised. They had a couple of lunch specials so I went with a $ 6 lunch combo, 2 slices of pizza, salad and a drink. The salad was better then substandard with cheese, tomato and olives. The pizza was fresh and hot, not greasy and they had crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese. Will probably make this a habit in the future to get my oil change and eat here.

Great Pizza and Subs. We had pizza there after one of our son’s basketball games and the whole family loved it. We had the subs catered to a fundraising event over the weekend and everyone raved about the subs. The pizza taste fresh with good ingredients. Great value and great food.

I tried their pizza this evening after seeing, what I thought, was a great deal(Grand opening $ 4.99 for a large one-topping). First off, the large isn’t all that large. I’ve seen mediums bigger. It was $ 4.99, though, so I’m not going to complain all that much. There was a previous pizza place in this location(I have no idea how it was, as I never tried it), and you can tell this new establishment is new. The menu isn’t even up yet. The pizza is actually pretty good. I like thin crust, and it’s hard to find in the area. If they had done it in a brick oven, it would have been FANTASTIC. Instead, it was one of those roller ovens; no biggie. The ingredients seem pretty fresh(you can see they use real mozzarella cheese and fresh veggies) and the place is very clean. Overall, I give it 3, maybe 3.5 stars. It’s decent tasting and the thin crust was refreshing.
