RadioShack

So this store is half radio shack and half sprint store. Pretty much they share the store one side is one section which is sprint the other RadioShack and they do not combine meaning sales reps who work for sprint can’t help you with radio shack products which is understandable BUT I never ever heard such a thing where one part of the store aka RadioShack employee takes an hour or an hour and a half break leaving the store with no one in their place to run it? So pretty much any time throughout the day someone can show up (like I did) and sales associates of sprint informs me radio shack is closed for an hour until someone gets back to help. Shouldn’t they schedule correctly to have someone at least one person to be on the sales floor at all times? There wasn’t any sign or anything to inform customers of this. I understand such instances for small Buisnesses but not big ones like that. I mean you never will know if they’ll be there or not meaning you could waste your time going there etc.

When I think Radio Shack I think of the old locations that had all the newest gadgets and updated supplies for electronics. Not the case anymore. I can see how and why the company as a whole if failing.
When you walk into this location, you get a grim empty feeling. No warm welcome, just some people eating their Chinese take out behind the counted sipping on an already empty cup of soda.
This location is fairly clean however. This is due to there being nothing really into the store at all. They bombard you with Cell phone accessories the front and then garbage in the back. Once you walk in the back of the store you see a couple layers of dust on each package and things on shelves that look like they have been there for years and are probably out of the warranty it came with.
Sad to see Radio Shack go down slowly like it is, but compared to its competitors, it stands no chance to best buy and Fry’s.

Very small compared to your average store but the staff knows what they are doing and they are very attentive
