Like I always say CUSTOMERSERVICEISEVERYTHING!!! Jarrett is a top notch salesman who knows how to make your day with his excellent customer service skills. From the moment you enter the store he greets you with a kind hello and Colgate smile. He is patient and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to give you the best customer care and will even set up your new phone along with letting you know how much money you will save when you sign up with the Next Program via an upgrade. He also assisted us in the Plenti Rewards Program that I had no idea about & is so worth the sign up. After having to deal with a horrible manager at the Mission Hills location prior to this visit(please see my review on that experience), Jarrett was a breath of fresh air and allowed me to have faith in the company when I was almost going to go with another carrier today. Not only did I purchase 1 phone for my son today, I went back within the hour to purchase another phone for my daughter who thought she needed to wait until April to do so. Not the case thanks to Jarrett. Again thanks for your patience and assistance, AT&T give this young man a promotion! Better yet have him manage the Mission Hills location asap!

I agree with the poor customer service. Luis is THEE worse manager I have ever encountered in retail. I ended up going to AT&T Retention who resolved my problem after apologizing about the rude and unbecoming behavior at the store. I will NEVER go back to this store unless he exits. This store actually deserves minus stars.

Just a word of caution they do not offer 2 year contracts at a discount at the store either you pay full price or pay dish a monthly fee for a year or two. If you still want to load discounted price with a two-year contract you can go online at AT&T or to an authorized corporate AT&T store.

BEWARE!!! This att is the WORST!!! If I can give them 0 stars and simply write my review I would! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! I went to pay my bill just before closing and the girl who«verified» my account repeated my phone number wrong 2x and corrected her 2x, she then takes my payment and tells me I will be receiving a email confirmation for my payment, I waited 10 minutes STILLNO confirmation! So I call the store she then said it should be a few more minutes, so I wait again and still nothing so I call the store again to find out what’s going on with this she stated again it should be any minute now. So I wait another 3 minutes and still nothing by then the store is closed, I call the store the following day and speak to the only helpful fellow named Jared I then requested the name of the girl who worked the night prior to find out her name is Nelly and after Jared looking into my problem he discovers she had made a HUGE mistake and put my payment on SOMEONE else’s account! Eeek!!! He then tells me he needs to contact his manager to get this fixed mind you he was efficient with his timing and ALL3x he told me he’d call me back within 30 – 1 hr and called every time! He was a good part of att! So after a few phone calls I speak with his manager Luis, he tells me he is fixing this whole problem and it should be fixed by Tuesday? What??? And this happened on a Thursday??? I then let him know that this issue required immediate attention and my bill was due today I asked him what I could do to help and he replied«nothing!» «Just wait and call back Tuesday» I could not believe this !!! So I then contact att corp. And advise then about this whole situation only to get and extension on my bill till Monday. I called him immediately and let him know I only had till Monday and this needed to be taken care of by Monday not Tuesday, this so called manager didn’t seem to care. He just said OK sure. then I let him know that I would like to be credited on my account due to this error made by his employee he told me okay I will speak to AT&T put it in the notes and speak to my supervisor about this and would take care of my request. So I call the following day this is now Saturday, I call Luis and he stated that he started a case with att, and it’ll be resolved by Monday. He began to be rude and completely UNPROFESSIONAL /RUDE! he gave me a case number and ended the call. I didn’t believe he truly did anything for me so I decided to call corp on my own only to have them look up this case number and find out its NONEXISTENT!!! I CREATEDMYOWNCASE!! This is horrible customer service worst I’ve ever experienced!!! I was then feeling relief I had called att MYSELF!!! Monday! I check my account and see my payment was finally applied but i then notice I had a $ 40 bal due to the girl initially who messed up my payment, I called the store manager Luis to ask about this since I requested friday he credit my account and he stated he would. He then acted as if he never stated this, worst services EVER! I DONOTRECOMMENDYOUPAYYOURBILLHERE! the so-called manager was hesient in answering a lot of my questions makes me wonder about this place, this man has been reported to The BBB!

Went in their 3 workers which is great. One is helping a customer and the other two are just sitting in their computers pretending im not their. No welcome no greatings no nothing. I cant understand how at&t opens a new store with such standards. I waited for 10 minutes holding a credit card in my hand to pay off my att next phone, very unsatisfying customer service. I went to get an upgrade of my iPhone… I thought I had the perfect plan! I was just going to pay the upgrade flat fee and move on. It would have cost me $ 485. Alex encouraged me to adjust my plan and get the phone on the AT&T Next Program… I would get more data, unlimited talk & text and pay the same price as I was! AMAZING!!! My advice: Go Here, tell them what you want, and let them do there thing!

Went there because I had a bad experience at Boost. They connected my iPhone to Gophone. It was simple and they were so helpful. Place is new and clean. I told them I would do a review because I had such a good experience there.
