Terrible customer service! They can never get my order right, it’ s like I’m speaking an unknown language or something. Then, when I complain about their lack of accuracy, the manager gets a bitchy attitude and acts like they’re doing me a favor by giving me whatever they thought I should eat. If it wasn’t for that crunchy, crispy, spicy chicken, I would never set foot here!

Ok so Popeyes is Popeyes. Ok chicken at ok prices (when there is a good deal around) I am not really reviewing the food cause most people know what Popeyes tastes like. If I want amazing chicken I go to Roscoe’s or to Mama Joan’s or in a pinch to Mom’s BBQ in Van Nuys. But it was late, we were moving and we were hungry. so we ended up at Popeyes. All I can say is I have never in my life seen such rude people! So sad. Come on «mi gente» ur making us look bad. We ordered our food — the girl at the register Suzy already looks annoyed that we came in 45 min before closing — after waiting behind a few customers and a lengthy discussion of what we could order and could not (apparently they don’t like to cook so close to closing) she tells us if we order the fish there will be wait. Well my daughter is a pescatarian so we have no choice. Ok fine we will wait. After about a 20 min wait she hands us our food (we were eating there since again we are in the middle of a move and our new house is a disaster with no seating) we sit down start to eat and before I can take a bite she yells out to us «ok people you have 10 minutes» I stopped mid bite and I was like are you kidding me? Yes we knew they would be closing and yes I am aware it is now late– but really you’re gonna call us out like that? So rude!!! Where is your boss? I don’t know maybe she was one of the people back there pissed off that we ordered the fish they needed to fry. Moments later another lady comes in looking for shrimp– they tell her it’s not ready– the crew is debating if she can order it or not. I’m like wtf? Customer then proceeds to bargain with crew and they cut her a deal on a family chicken meal (half price) just so they don’t have to cook the shrimp! WTF? Just plain laziness. What sucks is my daughter actually likes the fish at this place but I never want to go back. Management seriously needs to check their employees.

The worst Popeyes I’ve been to yet. Terrible service. We ordered 2 of the surf and turf combos which is 2 chicken strips and 4 butterfly shrimp. We specifically ordered mild chicken strips, my girlfriend can not eat spicy food and i wasnt in the mood for spicy. When we got home with our food we realize that they gave us each one mild and one spicy each. Now i know exactly what happened. They only had 2 mild chicken strips made so instead of doing what you are supposed to and fry two more, they took the lazy way out and just gave us spicy like we wouldn’t know the difference. Lazy lazy employees. The kid at the front register had no clue what was going on. He seemed really stoned. And to top it all off, our mac n cheese was litterally 2 bites. They cant even fill the small container as it is up to the top. Drive the extra however far and go to a different popeyes. Stay away!

Bad customer service! And they charge for extra sauce, its ridiculess !!! So upseting

wow this was a mess of an order
we came in to one person ahead and three workers, one cashier and two cooks
when we ordered, we were told it would be about a 5 – 7 minute wait since they didn’t have any chicken ready… no big deal… then the cashier came out and told us it will be 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes actually waited until at the cashier again said a 1 – 2 minutes thuning to another 5 minutes.
so what was told to be a 5 – 7 minute wait turned to a over 30 minute wait
overall, there was great food, the slaw was creamy, biscuits hot and chicken too greasy but was crispy
the cashier was nice, but the cooks seemed rude to her
wouldn’t return here

Popeyes is tasty. I come here when i’m craving their chicken tenders. I get full so fast from them. I also love their apple cinnamon pies they’re so tasty. It’s always a hit and miss with their food try not to come 30 minutes before they’re closing it always feels like i’m eating leftovers.

Where do I start… it took 20 minutes to get my order… a 3 piece meal and the surgery and turf. Then, they ran out of biscuits. Only reason I knew was because I overheard the employees talking in the back but they failed to mention It to the customer. After I asked regarding the biscuits. …all that was said was that they ran out. They didn’t even offer anything in replacement of the biscuits. This is after I had paid. When I asked if I could add a side rather than the biscuit, I was told no and that they would add an extra piece of chicken. I agreed. When I finally got my order and arrived at home… no xtra chicken and they forgot my fries. Chicken was cold. Last time at this place

this is going to be short and sweet.
first off I am very picky with my fried chicken, so i am pretty bias. My friends all wanted popeyes for dinner so i decided to cave in and just get it. We walked in there and the employees were very nice (thats why they are getting two stars and not one) The customer service is great.
As far as the food, their meal deals for groups seemed to be pretty pricey in my eyes. Also it didnt think it tasted very good. It was beyond greasy and slimy. The mashed potatoes were grainy and the coleslaw was way watery. All around not a good meal.
Biscuits were pretty good tho!

At All cost avoid coming here. The girls are extremely rude and have no respect for there customer. And the «assistant manager» Lorena is no example of a manager!!! I came to order crawfish at 8:30pm at night and she told me no she would not make it because she did not want to clean the machine. Horrible !! Horrible I refuse to give this place my money. and I tell everyone I know not to take their money there.

This location is probably the most ghetto of them all. I always fear for my safety when i come here. Homeless people hanging around, begging for money or trying to sell nasty incense.

I never really gave Popeye’s a chance as I assumed it wasn’t very good right off the bat. I dislike KFC and thought this place would be the same.
My husband showed up with dinner from Popeye’s. I tried it and have been hooked since. I had the spicy chicken and loved it. The lemon garlic sauce is amazing! Their hot sauce is very good too. The mash potatoes and green beans were quite tasty. Overall, a good experience so far.
Now, if someone can open a decent sushi bar and soul food restaurant around here, I’d be a happy camper.

Had a bad experience a couple days ago. I was craving chicken and i hate kfc cuz they always get my order wrong so I just said ill go to popeyes. Well it was around 9pm late at night right before they close the spot, bad decision!!! I was craving some wings so i ordered the wing meal and also added 3 chicken strips extra. Chicken was so old and dry that when i started chewing it the bones started breaking. Even the chicken strips were dry. So i ended eating the fries and mash potato. Not only that I paid $ 15.00 for this, now i dont mind paying for food as long as its good. My ADVISE dont stop by right before they close or you will be stuck with dry nasty chicken!!!

I fucking hate Popeye’s. I only come here when forced by my BF. Last time I came there was a homeless lady in there and the guy at the counter was being a complete asshole to her

This place had a 8 pc special for 10 bones which came with 1 large side and 4 biscuits and mix pieces. All the sauces you want but no restrooms. Be sure to ask for extra napkins and wet wipes. Enjoy.
