SLOWESTTACOBELLEVER!!! Be ready to wait 15 for 2 crunchy tacos and cheesy gordita crunch… the drive through is the worst maybe it’s because all these young people have no sense of urgency!!!

+4 stars for making delicious Beefy Crunch burritos. Seriously guys. I don’t know what you put in them but they tasted way better than the ones I get from the La Canada or Sunland Taco Bells. –1 Star for the hashbrown being so small and the food taking a while to make even though the place was pretty much empty.

Manny shift lead goes above and beyond for drive thru. I took awhile he was very helpful. Was kind and polite, no rush. It was easy to ask him a lot of questions about the burritos like what comes in it etc. He explained everything with no problems and I removed what I didn’t want. I also asked for fresh potatoes and I got what I wanted :0 5 stars for manny shift lead !

Worst Taco Bell ever took 30 minutes to get 4 burritos! Only 2 workers at the front just helping drive thru out and not us. Just don’t come here! I’m saving you lol

If I could give zero stars this is what this visit would be. we spent over 20 minutes in the drive-through for two items this is absolutely RIDICULOUS. To top it off the employee never once came to the window to let us know that there was an issue. After we drive off we look at our order which was a grande scrambler steak burrito well I guess they forgot the steak on this one. We did let the employee know that we were going to report this one and his response was uhhhh I know. Customer service is a big part of being satisfied had his response been different it wouldn’t have changed the situation, but made it understandable. Note to management… screen your employees skills as this makes you look really bad!

Great service. When condiments are available, great food. You have to wonder what others things they are cutting corners on don’t you? After writing this I will contact corporate, this has gotten sad.

The workers there are very unprofessional. They tend to be very rude and make up there own protocol, like end breakfast way before 11am. If you order food, they always seem to give you a bad attitude. I always leave angry after their bad service. I don’t even go to the Glenoaks location anymore. I will drive up to Foothill and get way better service. Those employees on Glenoaks need to be fired because they are terrible. I give them 1 star because I can’t post this if I chose no stars.

Been going to this taco bell for a year now since it got remodeled food is great well today. 6÷20÷15 first i got id whyle ordering on the drive tru $ 11 dollar order and it totally felt like racism. Then i got home with my food and i guess the meat didnt make it all the way accross on my gorditas but it was stuffed with tomatoe and sour cream, my cheap soft shell tacos had allot more meat in em just lost a loyal costumer

We stood in front of the counter for over 10 mins waiting to be helped so we can order, unfortunately… everyone including the manager were too busy to even acknowledge a customer. Excuse us for bothering all of you chatterboxes but we just want to order some food when we were the only customers inside. Rude I say. acting like nobody was even there. I suggest this location train better employees or at least teach them good customer service. Sad smh

Sunday crew needs to get their act together. Went in at 9:30AM Sunday morning. There was no one at the drive-thru and at most 2 – 3 other people in the joint. I ordered a grilled stuft burrito and my buddy ordered a breakfast combo with a coffee. I received a bland, poorly made, uneven made burrito. It was even cold in some spots and the beans tasted like they had been left out all night. My buddy ordered a regular coffee and it took them 15 – 20 minutes to get it out to him. Apart from being absent from the register for about as long they had forgotten his coffee even after being reminded about it the first time. It’s not difficult to pour a coffee unless you’re grinding the beans yourself back there. This is a shame because usually this Taco Bell is pretty good and some of the staff are super nice but today’s experience might make me think twice about returning. «Let’s go to the good Taco Bell, not the one on Glenoaks.»

Came in here a few days ago. I put in a mobile app order in hopes to speed up my order. When I came in, they had trouble locating my order and took a few minutes to find it. Then it took 15 minutes for me to get my food. I would’ve been better off going to the drive thru. Going to give that mobile app a negative review. What a waste of my time. Food was hot though when I got it.

I love taco bell. I always have trouble deciding what to get because I want to eat it all! What I love about thos Taco Bell is that they rarely mess up my order not to mention they are looking pretty sweet ever since they remodeled. Nice job Taco Bell!

The service is always pretty bad at this specific store, no matter what time of day. I went through the drive through one evening and could hear the guy sighing like he was annoyed that he actually had to work. After the order, we asked if we could make another order on a separate card or if we have to drive around through the drive through two times. The guy working says into the microphone«ughhh, oh my god» loud and clear, as if we weren’t going to hear him. We just kept driving and never stopped in at the window. There are plenty of other taco bells all over the place. I’ll skip this one.

Slowest drive they in existence. Like they have to reinvent the taco every time or something!

The worst Taco Bell I have ever seen! Everything is dirty, and the food trays have an oil substance on them. The napkins were dirty with food but in the dispenser. Serious health issues at this place. Everything in this place as a greasy residue. Im absolutely discusted.

Maybe I’m spoiled by the Taco Bell by my house which employees friendly people and makes fresh and tasty food, this place was horrible. How do mess up regular nachos? I’ll tell ya. By giving a near empty container of cold cheese and adding an enormous amount of salt to the chips! I ordered chicken tacos and they were cold, soggy and not the shredded tacos I originally ordered. After one bite they went straight to the trash. The crew was very cold and not friendly at all. I will not go back.

I used to work at taco bell when I was 15… and I’ll tell you this much… it should never take half an hour to make a damn taco… from my 3 Xperia nice your supposed to be able to take the crunchy tacos weather they r supreme or not it should take more then 20 Seco d’s to make… but though it doesn’t matter after working at Taco Bell for so long I just simply don’t eat there… u mean seriously common guys… There beans come in a powder form in a zip lock baggy… u put that bag into hot water and boom like magic the powder turns into lil beans… almost like that new kitty liter formula… The one that takes the poop and compresses it into a lil ball… I know seems a lil too nasty when u think of it that way

From worst to first in six months. They replaced almost the entire crew, everyone now speaks, reads and understands English. Our order is always 100% correct. The crew is awesome, amazing, and this is now my favorite Taco Bell!

Employees here have the IQ of a pile of rocks! The have the time posted on their door 10pm being the time they close. So I walk in at 9:50 pm And one of the line workers, only describable as a woman with maybe 2−3lbs of make-up. She tells me that they are closed. I know that the restaurant closes at 10pm so I ask her what time do you guys close? She responds«right now» So I ask her again, what TIME? Now she gave me the stupid look, and asked the shift leader, then she responded«in 5 minutes» and hides behind the prep line Close to 2 minutes passed of me waiting there and I asked so who is going to take my order? NONEOFTHENRESPONDED So of the wall I see the store managers name so I tell the 3lbs make up lady«does „alejandro“ know you guys close early?» She again gave me the stupid look but now she was confused of who I was, but in less than 5 seconds one of the crew came and opened a register and took my order. My order came out very fast, I think it was the fastest I’ve ever gotten an order from taco smells.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years. The location just happens to be convenient. The food is good and consistent. BUT double check your order! For some reason, every Taco Bell screws up my order when I ask for Gorditas. They always give me Chalupas by mistake. So I got into the habit of making them read the order back to me. For example: Me: I’ll have two beef gorditas, nachos, and a Dr. Pepper. Employee: That will be $____dollars. Me: Ok, can u repeat the order back to me? Employee: That’s 2 beef Chalupas… Me: No, I asked for 2 Gorditas. So that’s a typical drive-thru order for me. The only time it really bothered me was one time I was in a rush and forgot to double check my order. OFCOURSE they gave me Chalupas(which I do not like), they gave me nachos with NO cheese, AND just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, I sip my Dr. Pepper and realize it’s flat… After that day I’ve learned to double check my order everywhere I go. On the positive side, the inside is always clean, there’s plenty of seating, the food is served quickly, and the restrooms are clean.
