Kick-​ass my computer is back to life!!! Thanks Fidelity! Joe knows his stuff!
After enduring a flood in my office my computer was dead with a shorted out motherboard. He saved my hard drive before my dead computer was sent to HP for repair and when the computer returned 30 minutes of reconfiguration and my computer was back to normal like it had never died. This was all done remotely. This is my go to guy for all my computer needs. Web sites, Domain Management, Network management, Telephony, etc…

I met these guys through my boss. We use them for all our IT stuff in the office. We have 10 computers, 2 servers, 2 all in ones, and complex phone system. Fidelity takes care of all of it without any problems. Yes, including the phone system! They provide ongoing support, remote assistance, updates, the works! I take my personal PC to them as well. My brother and sister also take there laptops to them for service and they’ve never had a problem. These guys are bad-​ass! Very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Are they the cheapest? No. Are they the best? I surely think so! You get what you pay for. You can’t go wrong with these guys. trust me!
