Highly recommended! We needed a custom handrail for our front steps leading to our door. About 7 tile steps that become super slippery and dangerous when wet in the rain, etc. I don’t know why we waited so long to install a handrail for safety, but I am so glad I called this company! One other company came out to bid and their price was a bit lower but the gentleman hardly gave me any idea what the final product would look like and actually balked when I asked what color he would paint it. He told me to hire a painter! WHAT? Anyway, when Marcial, the salesman for Benitez Wrought Iron came out to bid this job, I was immediately at ease. Super professional and knowledgeable. He showed me lots of pics and together we discussed my needs and the style I liked. This was a custom job with a long sloping curve to follow the design of the steps. Marcial made lots of great suggestions including what color paint. He had color sheets and everything. Bottom line, the install took about ½ a day and it’s absolutely perfect. Strong and secure and exactly what we needed. Very happy and would hire again.

Benitez Wrought Iron returned my phone message the same day and made a specific appointment time for the next day, that worked for them. No problem as it allowed me to meet them on my lunch break. They no showed at the time they chose and called me later to try and come late.
If they would have called me before appoinment time to let me know they were running late, it would have been fine as I would have rescheduled. I tried calling them twice to advise I had to go back to work but they didn’t answer the phone.
I dealt with Oscar and Maricel who didn’t apologize or call me back.

I highly recommend Benitez Wrought Iron! Owner, Oscar Benitez, was prompt, professional and his prices are reasonable. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my gate installation — it looks absolutely beautiful! I only wish I would have made this addition to my home years ago. Thank you Oscar and all of the staff at Benitez Wrought Iron.

BWI designed two custom gates for us and they turned out great! Installed and looking fantastic a real improvement for our backyard thanks for the fine work especially Marcial!

I first started out getting a quote from Isaac’s Iron works then got a quote from Oscar. Oscar was almost half the price. I can say now I’m very happy I went with Oscar at Benitez Iron. He crafted an excellent product for our inside stair rail and the installation was outstanding. Highly recommend Oscar and team. Hi quality work and excellent service at a reasonable price.

My gate to paradise!!!
I wanted to spruce up my patio by adding a wrought iron gate to the entrance. I went on Angie’s List and decided to give this business a try. Oscar superseded any idea i could have imagined. He fabricated a beautiful custom wrought iron gate for my quaint patio and for a reasonable price.

They get 1 star because you actually have to select at least 1 star.
Do not call this contractor… perhaps their wrought iron work is decent… I wouldn’t know as I couldn’t even get the contractor (Oscar) to my property to bid on the job. I initially called and set up an appointment for a Friday at 1pm. I of course had to leave work early that day to meet him and guess what, he no-​showed and no-called…I thought perhaps there was a simple mis-​communication and we had our dates or times crossed. So I gave them another chance, called back the following Monday and set up another appointment for the forthcoming Friday again at 1pm. Sooooo, Friday comes and I thought it prudent to call and confirm the appointment. I talked with the contractor (Oscar) around 11am approximately 2 hours before our meeting to confirm… low and behold 1pm comes and goes… it isn’t until 1.30p that I receive a call only to hear that the contractor (Oscar) will not be able to make it… he suggested that I find someone else… UNBELIEVABLE! How do unprofessional contractors like this stay in business? I’m off my soap box now but I wanted to a least share this experience with those of you out there who maybe considering contacting and/​or utilizing the services of Benitez Wrought Iron.
