Signature Garage Doors & Gate Repair

I just had my garage door repaired and Ralph and and Andy did a great job. Called 2 days ago as my door was not opening (going back and forth). They came today (¹²⁄₀₃) and even before I opened my mouth Ralph had figured what the problem was. They fixed the cable, lubricated all the parts etc and was done in 40 minutes. Also gave me a warranty for one year and hope I will never have to use that though.

My parents accidentally pressed their garage door opener last week when the trunk of their SUV was open. Not only was their SUV damaged, but so was the garage door and the track. Plus, they couldn’t get their car out of the garage. I called Signature based on their excellent Unilocal reviews. Less than 4 hours later, Ralph arrived and saved the day! Signature Garage Doors is an honest and reliable company. Before checking Unilocal we had called several other companies for our garage door, which would only open if you held the button down continuously. I accidentally hit the sensor at the bottom of the garage door. One company came out and said we need a whole new system, because everything is «digital» and ours was «analog» and the parts are no longer available. What a bunch of bull!!!
I found Signature on Unilocal and gave them a call. They told me over the phone that it was probably a sensor, it would be $ 45 for the service call and if we choose to go with them, that $ 45 would be applied to service itself. Ralph the technician came out and said it was our sensor and suggested we use the one from our other garage door (we do not use that one) and he would bring a new one when the part came in. This way we are able to use our garage over the weekend!
This is a very professional and trustworthy company and I would only use and recommend them for any of your garage door needs.
