My pants were damaged from there (hooks for the waist closure were missing). When I brought them back for repair, the owner refused to fix them without charge ($ 10) and suggested that he could not be sure it happened from them. When I insisted it did and that I found them that way when I removed them from the bag, he suggested that I could have done it when putting them on or taking them off. We argued and he told me not to come back which were my sentiments as well. similar problem happened to me there years ago. He fixed the problem at no charge but gave me a very difficult time about it first.
