I have gone here a few times in the past 2 or 3 years. I have been generally pleased until recently. My daughter and I came in for pedicures for my birthday. Mine felt good and looked great… my daughter (she is in her 20s) said the young girl was pretty rough on her nails and cuticles. Two days later she was in a podiatrists office having pus drained out of her toe and on antibiotics. I went to talk to them at Pro Nails … of course NOW no one there understands English. I had thought this place was cleaner than most. I guess I was wrong. I won’t be back, as I am a diabetic and do not want to risk it.

My lady and I were just there this afternoon and have not gotten our nails done in a very long time. We both got the gel sets and had such a great experience! I was very happy with the time and quality of the process. When they were painted, both of our artists took their time. Everything was very clean and well done.
The only thing I would suggest is to have a TV on or maybe music? It was very quiet and no one was really talking or talkative for that matter.

Now after having my full set of gel nails for one and a half weeks, I have four out of 10 of the nails left still attached. This is incredibly unusual, because in the past when I have gotten a gel set, it has been able to keep for at least two weeks, sometimes three, before I get a fill-​in. Then after the fill, the nails would last another two or three weeks.
I went in to ask for a refund and the male who works there offered to fix it, but refused to refund. Said he needed to «see the nails to determine the cause.» Well most of the nails that came off, I never even realized until after the fact that they were gone! I asked if I could get a no chip instead, free of charge, since I didn’t want the long nails for school, and he refused.
Also, I should note that most came off while on my honeymoon… So all I was doing was laying around or swimming!

I come here all the time and have always had great service. The owner is the sweetest thing in the world and I am a royal pain yet they still love me. I get eyebrows, gels and pedicures. They are flexible and try their best to accomadate when you come in and its crowded. Always warm and welcoming and happy to see you. I forgot my nail polish there today and ran back in I got a hug with them handing my polish saying I could have just called.
I will be back in there in 2 weeks for a fill and eyebrows. CAN’T WAIT!!!

I went in to get Gel Nails put on, and the experience was awful. It has been a while since I’ve had fake nails, so I had a lot of questions about the difference between acrylic and gel, which the guy did not respond to very well. They didn’t really answer my questions very well, and the process of putting on the nails was really painful! The guy seemed to be doing everything really rough and at one point my finger started bleeding down by my cuticle! I also was really picky on the shape of my nails (because I wanted them to look as natural as possible) and he seemed frustrated that I kept asking him to do specific things. I’m going to try another place next time and I’m hoping I’ll get much better service.
